She was quick to respond to the request and used the information provided to get in to the apartment and tend to the kitties. She provided photos and I was comfortable she had our cats looked after. we now found a cat sitter we can trust and rely on and who is communicating well. Jenny lets us know each visit if everything is ok with our cat or if we might need to check on something. I get updates when she is about to arrive and leave and send's up pictures to show how our beautiful girl is doing.
she was even available at the last minute, so that me and my partner could extend my birthday getaway."

"Troy has been a godsend to us. From the get go, he was so accommodating and maintained great communication. Our cats who are normally quite aloof, warmed up to him immediately. We were so happy with the way he left our place. The kitty litter was clean and the surrounding was vacuumed. Our fish were well fed and plants were thriving. We can’t thank Troy enough for all the help he has provided us. He has certainly gone over and above with what was required of him. Troy is trustworthy and can be taken for his word. We will definitely book him again."
