"We took a chance on Teddy as he's fairly new to Pawshake - and we are incredibly glad we did! He was lovely to deal with and he maintained excellent communications throughout. He turned up on time at the meet and greet, listened to all our instructions, and most importantly, took immensely good care of the two most important things in our life, our dog Kiba and cat Brunel. We felt so relaxed on our 4 day getaway because we knew he was taking excellent care of them... and we have the gorgeous selfies that Teddy sent with the pets to prove it! We will be booking Teddy again soon. I just hope he doesn't get TOO popular so we get to keep him for whenever we go away. 😁 Thankyou Teddy, you are wonderful and I know the pets will be very happy to see you again next time. Cheers!!"

"Erika was very conscientious and friendly, and spent time getting to know our dog and us, before we left. Our dog is especially anxious of strangers, so we really appreciated her making the extra effort to feel comfortable with our dog before we left. She sent photos every day so we could see that our pets were happy and well cared for. She even bought the dog a Christmas treat! She also watered our plants. We would happily employ her again!"

"Due to the late decision to travel we did not have the time to meet. I had to go with my gut feeling that Mikayla would attend to my pet and she did. I was concerned as first time I had used an online service. It was great and simple to organize. Will definitely use again and I know my pet is happier to stay at home rather than go to a kennel.
