Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.

This is where a friendly Fig Tree Pocket QLD Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Fig Tree Pocket QLD cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Fig Tree Pocket QLD cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.

Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.

Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!

Hi! I’m Daisy from Taiwan and currently living in Brisbane for my studies. I grew up with dogs, and since moving here, I’ve definitely been missing my dog back home, so spending time walking dogs feels really nice and familiar to me

I’m comfortable with different dog personalities and energy levels, and I enjoy taking things at each dog’s own pace. I studied psychology back in university and previously worked at a foundation with children, so being patient, observant, and gentle comes quite naturally to me.

I love walking and jogging and can easily adjust each walk depending on what your dog enjoys. I’m slowly getting into fun runs (marathon level… not yet ), and having a furry buddy along honestly makes exercise way more fun.

I’ll treat your dog with the same care and attention I’d give my own, and I’d be happy to help keep them relaxed, happy, and well-exercised while you’re away 🩵

Hi. I'm Ian and I'm an experienced dog sitter and walker based in West End, Brisbane. I love caring for and bonding with dogs and can travel anywhere in Brisbane, within reason.
One of my favourite dog sitting experiences was looking after a family friend's Cavoodle for two months, and watching her grow in strength and confidence through TLC and lots of walks. I am also experienced in animal nutrition and have experience looking after many different breeds and sizes of dogs.
I also loved looking after a neighbour's boisterous Staffordshire Terrier and helping her to be more calm through exercise and care.
All owners have praised my communication with them, and care for their charges - I pride myself on keeping in touch with owners, communicating any concerns and building a strong, caring bond with pets.
Feel free to contact me if you'd like someone to look after your pooch! My availability is flexible and I am happy to do walks or dog-sitting at your place. I am available for short home visits and walks and also for longer stints as my work is flexible.

Hello! We are Adi and Ange, a couple of biologists living in Brisbane. We're currently only offering dog walking services. We have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes, but we know each individual is unique in its behaviours, so we're very interested in knowing how would you like us to deal with your friend. If your dog prefer to sniff around, walk long distances or play at the beach, let us know and we'll make sure it has the best time! We've got our own pet, Gaia, the white-furred Golden Retriever you can see in the pictures, and we'll treat your dog with all the love, calm and attention it deserves. We can also provide Police Checks and local references so you can feel safe trusting your pet with us. If you have any questions or would like to meet, feel free to reach us any time!

I am a motivated animal lover who loves the outdoors and has quite flexible availibility. In the last 6 years I've travelled Australia and New Zealand and now settled down in Brisbane together with my partner. During various woofing I enjoyed the company of a big variety of animals and I realised I wanted to spend more time with animals again once I settled down. I love giving cuddles and playing with animals, also up for jogging together with your dog if its used to that.
We have got a nice big old Queenslander we share with a couple of people. We do have 2 energetic and loving dogs who love cats- they've grown up with 4 of them- but are not good with other dogs. So I can host 1 or 2 cats or other small animals that I'd mainly keep in the spare room when it's busy in the house. At quiet times they can explore the house if you give permission.

I've always been passionate about dogs, I've always had a dog at home and since I was little I've always been responsible for taking care of the dog, like walking, bathing, feeding. I've been here in Australia for 9 months and I've been away from my dog (American Bully) for 9 months. I really miss the daily walks so taking care of the pets I believe will make me feel complete again. I am gentle with the dog, I take good walks with them regardless of their breed or size, I know that when walking with them we have to pay full attention and patience, I know that the dog has an instinct to smell and I don't mind stopping because I know that smelling It's good for a dog's anxiety, I can also take the dog to spaces suitable for them and bring toys so they can burn off energy. I will be happy to make your dog happy and ensure that he has a healthy lifeI offer a Dolg Walker service and I am available to pick up your dog at home, I have experience as a dog walker, I have always taken long walks with dogs belonging to friends, relatives and my own dogs.
