About me
I'm a 38 year old Human Resources manager, living in Salisbury. 
I'm a cat person, here to serve all your cat-person needs. As a frequent traveller myself, I know how hard it can be to find the perfect sitter, and particularly so if you're pets aren't dogs! 
I work a four day week, and wfh two days a week. Because of my own menagerie of pets, I'm available to do daily visits and short stays only. I'm unable to host additional pets here, and prefer to keep overnight stays at owners houses to a few days only. 

My experience
I'm an experienced pet companion, with 19 years of cat, duck, and fish experience and 12 years with chickens. 
I'm especially experienced with older cats with medical needs, having two of my own. I'm comfortable and experienced giving oral, topical, inhaled and subcutaneous medications to cats, oral and topical medications to chickens and ducks, and dispersed medications to fish.
In addition to experience with my own pets, I've also pet sat for friends and family for a range of companions: fish, cats, dogs, parrots and horses, to name a few! 
I grew up keeping and riding horses, and worked as a stable hand for a few years in my uni days too. 

My pets
I have two beautiful older cats who I've had since they were kittens- Poppy who is 18, and Suzi who is 14. Both have medical conditions and special dietary needs, and so I am very experienced with giving cats medication (oral, topical, inhaled, and subcutaneous injections).
I also have a mixed flock of chickens and ducks, and have kept birdos for over 18 years. I fully understand the way of the chicken owner, and appreciate each bird's unique personality and needs. I'm experienced with handling poultry and giving oral and topical medication. 
I'm also an experienced fish keeper. I currently keep one display tank of tropicals, but have previously kept multiple tanks, including breeding. I'm happy to do tank maintenance including water changes, and am comfortable treating most basic fish illnesses. 

My services
During a booking, I'll come hang out with your pets as long as they need. Visits are a minimum of 45 minutes, and include feeding, any medications required, cleaning litter trays, cuddles and play as desired (everyone's different, and some cats prefer space to themselves). 
If you have poultry, I'm happy to put them to bed and let them out, hand feed any special snacks or give medication, change food and water, and collect any eggs. 
I'm also happy to bring in mail, take out bins, water plants, turn lights on or off and other small tasks as required. 

I am reliable and caring pet lover available for dog walking. I currently have a labradoodle puppy and always had a dog growing up. I have always loved dogs and the joy they bring and know just how much of an important family member they are.&nbsp;
I ensure the dog has a structured and safe walk as well as ensuring it is mentally enriching and fun! I know just how important each dog is to their family and always ensure the dogs safety as my number one priority.&nbsp;
I am currently available for walks mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday and mornings, during the day and afternoons Saturday and Sunday. I only do one on one walks no groups and walk around where you are located, I don't take dogs to dog parks or off leash areas. The walks are 30-60mins depending on what your dog requires. I know how important it is for a dog to enjoy a walk each day to be a relaxed and happy dog at home. People always ask me if I just get to cuddle animals all day at work and while that isn't 100% of my day it does take up a big portion so I am essentially a professional pet cuddler! For dogwalking services, my walks range can range from 20 minutes for older pups or hot days to over an hour if your pet has lots of energy - I like to know what you and your pet is comfortable with and will stick to that. For services like visiting and sitting, I always like to go a walk with them, whether its long or short I think its important to get them moving or playing. Specifically for visits, I usually like to stay with pets for 30 minutes - 1 hour (can be longer if required) and during this time I will give your pet some tender loving care, water will be refilled, food can be given, messes will be cleaned up and I can even water plants if required. I am also able to administer medication if needed, I just ask for some instructions and things to be aware of before doing so. For sitting services, I can stay in the house for as long as required and will always stay vigilant with home security measures like not answering the door to stranger, keeping doors/windows and other openings locked (especially for overnight bookings), alarm systems and security cameras if required.
I want to put pet parents' minds at ease, treating homes with respect as well as sending text, photo and video updates and providing post-care follow-ups with notes on behaviours, moods, activities, and more.&nbsp;

Since I was a little kid I have always had this unconditional love and passion for pets (and that's why my parents had to watch out for me because otherwise I would bring home any kind of homeless pet looking for a home).

I came from a family of cat lovers, and I grew up with cats. Back home, my family and I regularly did street feeding for stray cats, and we rescued cats who needed help by sending them to vets and fostering them until we found adopters. As for now, my family back home had four cats, all rescued strays. I terribly miss playing with them, so  I'd like to care for other cats who probably can't spend time with their owners too.
I fully understand that all pets come with their unique personalities and needs, and I will try my best to accommodate that. As their owners, you can tell me about their upbringing and needs, and I will oblige. With my experience, I can provide your cats with basic care: feeding, cleaning litters, and grooming. I can also give them basic oral and topical medication.
As I live in a sharehouse now, I only accept cat sitting in your house. From Tuesday to Wednesday, I'm available from 4 pm onwards, and from Thursday to Sunday I'm usually available all day! I can travel for one hour maximum from St. Lucia to meet your furry friends and befriend them. During my home visit, I can help taking care of your home such as watering your plants and bringing in your mail.
Unfortunately, I can't offer dog sitting or dog walking as I only have few experiences with dogs.
