"Aanchal took good care of our 3 fur babies while we were away. She was able to properly administer oral medication to one of our feisty cat. She was also able to accommodate our timings as our sick cat requires medication every 12 hours. She sent many pictures and videos of our cats, and regularly update us on them. "We had a last minute crisis, needing to attend a family funeral interstate. I reached out to a few people on Pawshake; Bettina and Luciano responded in less than half an hour, more than willing to help. Prompt with all communication, easy to work with - when we needed someone most to help, they were the perfect answer to look after our three fur babies. We had regular feedback, photos all the time and most of all, three very happy puppies as a result. Hugo, Sophia and Pablito says thanks, as do we. Highly recommend Bettina and Luciano!"

"Celeste was wonderful! She looked after my dog and the two bunnies as if they were her own. She was very professional, sending a report and photos every day. My beloved Peppa and the bunnies were well looked after and cared for. It was very reassuring knowing they were in such good hands. Celeste clearly loves animals. She did so much more than I expected, including giving Peppa a dog massage and cleaning the dog toilet area. I highly recommend Celeste."
