"Natalie is a stellar professional and a true animal lover. She looked after our cat and dog with such care and nurture and this was the first time we had time away from our pets (9 days). "Holly was an absolute gem of a catsitter, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our beloved furbabies for over a week. From the first meeting, she put us completely at ease, making the transition of leaving them in her care much smoother. Her kindness, professionalism, and warmth were evident from the start.
One of the things we appreciated most was her thoughtful daily updates, complete with adorable photos. Knowing how our cats were doing each day brought so much comfort and made the separation much easier. She went above and beyond to ensure they felt loved, cared for, and completely at home in her presence.
Holly was not only incredibly organised and reliable, but she was also a delight to communicate with throughout. Our cats adored her, and it was clear they had formed a special bond. "Eunice was the perfect sitter for our 3 cats! I could tell from her profile that she is a cat person and this is an important factor when it comes to looking after my 3 boys. They have different dietary requirements, personalities and they all kinda look the same. Eunice was proactive from start to end and asked questions to ensure she knew exactly how to look after them.
