She happily accommodated Didier’s specific needs, she gave regular updates which put us at ease, she got to know my dogs very well in the short amount of time they were in her care. "My animals were very well taken care of by Smriti. It is very clear that she genuinely cares about animals and their wellbeing.
We encountered an unexpected issue on the first morning that was outside of her control, which meant she was unable to access the house as planned. Throughout the entire situation, Smriti kept me updated, took initiative to help problem-solve, and was incredibly patient and understanding. She even went out of her way to return that evening once the issue was resolved to make sure my cats were taken care of.
I really appreciated her communication, flexibility and dedication, especially when things didn't go according to plan. I would absolutely recommend Smriti to anyone looking for a caring, reliable and thoughtful pet sitter!"
