"Ying came by for daily home visits for our 2 cats over the weekend. She made sure to send photos and videos of our cats while they ate their dinner and played with them afterwards. We have worked with many cat sitters before and found Ying to be so caring and thorough in the way she treated our cats and communicated with us. Thank you Ying! "

"Raj is exceptional. He is a great communicator. Raj was always on time with his daily visits and followed my cats feeding routine without a hitch. He sent me updates about my furry friends and I had very good peace of mind. He is extremely caring and reliable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use his pet sitting services again. "

"We needed a reliable sitter at short notice to take care of our two cats who are both shy in their own ways. Flora was fantastic, she was very communicative and took such great care of our kitties. One of our cats hides from people but within a very short time he had warmed up to her gentle approach. Would definitely recommend Flora or book her again for our next trip!"

"This was my first time using a pet sitter and Amy was fantastic and made the experience so easy. I contacted her pretty last minute but thanks to Amy being very responsive we managed to organise everything really fast. She took great care of my two cats, following my instructions perfectly and sending daily updates and photos so I could enjoy my time away knowing they were in safe hands. Thanks Amy!"

"I’d never left my cat with a pet sitter before and was a bit nervous, but Bianca was wonderful. I appreciated the videos she sent, from which I could see that my cat, who is normally quite weary of strangers, loved her too! I enjoyed my time away knowing my boy was well looked after and would hire Bianca again to look after him. "

"Went on trip this Easter and Menghe took really good care of Tilly, Menghe sent messages, photos and even videos right after each site visit, updating you what happened and what saw and did in the visit, which is really appreciated cos some sitters still do great work but didn't communicate and provide update this well.
Thank you and all the best. Cheers"

"I would highly recommend Mel verren jose for your pet services .i received updated photos and messages daily
I had a meet and greet prior to my holiday and felt confident in the service I was needing . Going on holiday when you have pets to be cared for is a concern
I’m pleased Mel Verren was a reliable pet carer and I have confidence in the future to make more bookings .
Thank you so much 😀
