Hi! I'm Sally, I live in Canberra with my partner and we adore spending time with pets as our apartment is too small for our own. I have always had dogs around me when I was growing up and genuinely love their kind, energetic and playful nature. I also grew up with cats 
Dog Walking Services: Being able to walk dogs is a great way to encourage myself to get outside and enjoy some exercise with the best company possible - dogs! I love being active so would be more than happy to not only walk but run your furry friend if they enjoy some faster pace.

- walks can last anywhere between 30 mins to 1 hour in either the surrounding neighbourhood including playing fetch at the local oval. (happy to discuss with you based on your pet's needs) 
- walks can be done within 15 minutes drive of my area or alternatively if you are comfortable I can drive your pup to the lake and we can go for a longer walk for the "bridge to bridge loop" 
House-Sitting: My partner and I have been housesitting for over 1.5 years now through Trusted House-sitters website and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience meeting new dogs, learning about their personalities and enjoying some great memories together. We are a couple who would love the opportunity to take care of your dog (or cat/ferret/guinea pigs/chickens/snakes/fish/whatever wonderful pet you have) while you are away. Long walks, runs, zoomies, wrestles and cuddles available too, as required.&nbsp;
Lewis has heaps of experience taking care of a managerie of animals, including dogs, cats, snakes, rats, ferrets, fish, frogs, kangaroos, and so many more. He has either kept or dealt with just about every aimal you can imagine and used to work in wildlife rescue, so he's super practial and knows his animals. After moving interstate he misses the family dog, Jenner, back in Vic. In fact he stops for just about every dog we meet when we are out and about. He is regularly available during the day to go on little adventures with your dog - be it a walk around the neighbourhood or a run around the trails. Ayla walked dogs throughout university to de-stress from the study, and is missing hanging out with four legged friends now that she works full time. For higher energy dogs, where appropriate, we'd absolutely love to take them on our weekend trail run or a ramble around Ainslie or Red Hill. 
We both know what it is like being away from pets, and always make sure that owners are kept updated, and aware of what is going on. We are both very neat and clean, and when housesitting or popping in for a pet visit, ensure we that treat the place like we would our own home.&nbsp;

It was heart-wrenching to pause my Pawshake journey due to my move interstate, but I'm thrilled to rekindle that passion as I move back to Canberra. My focus is to enrich the lives of the animals we share our homes with by understanding what their behaviours reveal.  Cats and dogs will 'act out' when under stress which can be due to a number of factors and can include simple things: where does pet sleep; how many fresh water bowls are available. They will often show behaviours that most people are unaware are signs of stress. This can include: hyper activity; inappropriate toileting; aggression; incessant barking; extinguished behaviours that return. Can also address fear phobias and concerning reactivity. My practical and theoretical knowledge has informed an holistic approach to helping you and your animal overcome the stress. Can recommend how to have a cat friendly purrfect home to satisfy cats needs and welfare.The consultation involves  2 hour  home visit listening to your concerns and assessing the dogs/ cat behaviour. Hello, my name is Nicole. I just recently moved over here for uni from America. I have always been a huge animal lover and have a long history with animals. I have ridden horse for around 10 years and worked at the barn I rode at helping out with all the animals on the property. I took a two year veterinary and grooming class in school, so I have handled all types of dogs from small to big and calm to hyper. I was a dog Walker and sitter in America before moving and have watched my neighbors animals for as long as I can remember. I myself have grown up with dogs in my home since I was born and currently have a cat, two dogs, two hermit crabs, and one fish. I have never not been involved with animals in anyway my whole life. I would love the opportunity to be trusted with your pets and just want to say a huge thank you for giving me the opportunity to keep animals in my life while overseas and trusting me with your pets! 

I normally average around 30 minute walked but will go less or more depending on the dog and owner preferences. Home visits lengths will be up to the pet parents preferences,  I will happily check in on the pets and make sure everything is taken care of including things like bringing in the mail, etc. When I am able to take on a house sitting job I would stay over the whole time. I also can do basic grooming with dogs, like bathing and brushing. 

Since childhood, I’ve had experience raising five small to medium-sized dogs at home. I used to assist my parents in walking and feeding them. As an adult, I’ve independently cared for a medium-sized dog, a budgerigar and a Cockatiel for four years, though they currently reside in China with my parents.&nbsp;
I have a genuine love for animals and am willing to invest the necessary patience in their care. With significant time spent studying at home for my postgraduate studies, I’m available to care for animals either at home or by providing feeding and walking services. I am basically at home all day, so I will accompany pets with sufficient time. Despite living in an apartment without a yard and a outdoor area, I can take dogs to suitable places like parks for exercise.&nbsp;
I walk dog two to three times a day according to pet's activity needs, and one time we will play outside for a long time.

Hi i'm Tess! I am 19 years old with my license, I've house and dog/cat sat many times and I love animals of all kinds. I'm friendly and reliable! I have sat old and grey as well as new pups as well as children ranging from 6 months to 12 years old. I know this is usually for pets but I do it all!! I am happy to house sit for weeks-months at a time, I can walk, feed, exercise and care for all kinds of animals, I have a car to transport if needed too! I have two staffy mixes myself and a recently adopted a beautiful ridgeback. I enjoy walks and reading and playing piano.
