My wife, son (4) and I love animals. I grew up with two cats and my wife grew up with dogs. We are looking to welcome a dog into our family towards the end of this year.
We both work full-time, and so typically won't do mid-week bookings (Tue-Thu) in case we are both in the office. Mondays and Fridays one of us will be WFH.
In 2022 we dog-minded Roger, a 3 year old black cocker spaniel, for 10 months for some friends who were renovating their house. It was a great experience and confirmed our desire for our very own furry family member.
Four legged house guests will have their very own bedroom (the laundry). Roger also had two day beds scattered around the house for hanging out.
I enjoy jogging 3-4 mornings a week and my wife does a similar number of walks, so daily exercise for your furry friend will not be an issue and can be tailored to their size and level of fitness.
We live near Federal Park, Bicentennial Park and Harold park which are all relatively dog friendly. Federal Park has a dog off-leash field where many dog owners come to exercise and play with their dogs. So socialising with other dogs is also an option if that's important foy you or your four legged companion. There are also a couple of dog friendly beaches nearby in Blackwattle Bay Park so if your dog likes a swim on a hot day we can make that happen too!
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. one day before the booking, 50% refund afterward.
No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.
Note: All times are based on the sitter’s time zone
Great experience with Paul and his family. They were welcoming, friendly and attentive, kept me up to date with messages and photos of my little mate during the sleepover. Great Handover and collection, brought home one very relaxed and spent pup. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a great sitter. Thank you again guys.
This wonderful family looked after my one year old puppy for just over a week. They cared for him extremely well, gave him all the exercise he needed, and maintained enthusiasm in spite of his “puppiness“! He seemed really comfortable with them and am sure he very much enjoyed his stay.
All round lovely people. Would highly recommend and would book again in a heartbeat.
