Care and love for your pooch available Tuesdays, Fridays &amp; weekends! I’m a mum of two teenagers and a furry, friendly Jack Russell terrier. We live on a few acres with plenty of room to roam and explore—paradise for dogs who love space and need room to run, but also suited to those prefer relaxing on the deck or hanging out inside.
With 20+ years working in the animal industry, I adore dogs of all sizes and know how to keep them happy, safe, and entertained. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or calm and cuddly, they’ll receive personalised attention and care tailored to their personality and needs.
Our property is fenced with a smaller enclosed area for extra security. Your dog is welcome inside and will sleep indoors as part of the family! Longer walks and runs are daily. Some days I take my terrier for runs around the beautiful Barwon River, and your pooch is welcome to join the adventure.
Longer weekday stays are available for the right dog, but they must be comfortable being left at home for longer hours while I’m at work.

Dogs must be well-socialized and comfortable staying away from your home with different people. This environment is not suited to dogs with separation anxiety, as there will be periods when they’re unattended while I’m at work. Due to the grassy property, it may not suit dogs with environmental allergies unless well-controlled. All dogs must have up-to-date vaccination certificates (renewed every 12 months), be desexed (unless under 10 months), and on a regular flea/worming program—ideally administered within 2 weeks of their stay.

We are a couple sharing our love towards dogs. I work from home on a daily basis and my partner is his own boss, we live together in a beautiful house with a lovely backyard which is perfect to play with some pups! Our lifestyle is quiet, we enjoy each other's company but since we both grew up with dogs as family members and taking extreme care of them, we are looking to dog sit in our place while I work at home!
Although right now is not the best time for us to have our own puppy, we feel the need to share the love we feel for dogs by helping their owners with a busy lifestyle making sure they know their furry friends will be looked after, loved, fed and entertained when they are with us!
We love all kinds of dogs but we live in a very quiet neighbourhood, so we would opt for having trained dogs that bark little. In regard to size, small &amp; medium size dogs are welcome and perfect for our home!

*** I will start studying full time besides running my business, for this reason we won't be able to take new dogs until the end of 2025 when I have holidays. That's why you'll find my calendar fully blocked for the study term.
Recurrent clients: We're happy to take your pooches if my commitments allow it! Just send me a DM with your needs and I can confirm if we can open my calendar to take care of your pups.

*****IMPORTANT: OUR TERMS *****
1. Confirm drop off/ pick up upon booking request.
2. We love organising quick meet &amp; greets at our place to make sure your pooch loves our place and you have peace of mind. These are at no cost and mandatory to have your pet covered by the insurance.
3. We communicate via Pawshake and provide updates regularly of our furry guests to their owners.
4. We provide you with a list of all the things we require to take care of your pooch (bed, toys, food, etc).
5. We only take one pup at the time and they have to be house trained, no younger than 3 years
6. Although sometimes we can adjust, we generally don't take bookings with less than a day notice.
***** SERVICE LIMITS *****
Dog Boarding: maximum 24 hrs per stay. After 24hrs, Day care will need to be booked additionally.
Day Care: Day to night care (available from 7:00am to 9pm), maximum 16hrs. Outside those hours, an additional 25% of the fee will be added

***** SEASONAL FEES *****
Pawshake only lists the regular season prices, hence, if you see a different (higher) fee upon requesting a booking, it's because it falls within out seasonal prices (aligned with school holidays / public holidays in Vic).

Hi I'm Sarah, I absolutely love animals and find the role of adding comfort and ease to owners who are away or need help with their pets very fulfilling and a fun experience. I have been a dog sitter for 4 years and have housed pets from German Shepards to beautiful rag doll cats. I like to walk and run often - never miss my morning coffee walk and prefer a pet by my side to take them on an adventure! I currently have a kelpie and a bunny (who has his own separate space in the laundry and doesn't interact with the dog).&nbsp;
Happy to make hours that suit you best work, and stick to any routines your pet is familiar with. I work as a graphic design freelancer from home so am very flexible. I can also run with a dog for additional fitness and can also pet sit/house sit at the same time if needed - I have done a lot of house sitting in Australia and overseas.&nbsp;
I have a large space at home and our dog sleeps on the couch and stays inside at night. There is also a big grass filled backyard which allows for plenty of space to roam and play!

I have always been an dog lover, coming from a family who breeds registered dogs. Wilson is exactly the same and moans to play with any or every dog. I started dog sitting in 2021, to give Wilson company throughout the day as he absolutely loves running around and playing with other dogs.I will be working from home and want to be surrounded  by fur babies while I do. Here at my property your dog will have time to stretch their legs ALL day, with ample space and plenty of love that I give as I spend time outside playing with them.As I live on 4.5 acres I have more than enough space for your fur baby to stretch their legs with adequate dog pens for any rest time they may need. Your dog will get muddy if it rains, I live on a farm but I can guarantee that your animal will have an absolute blast on their holiday here at my property.I will only accept one night bookings for dogs that have previously stayed here.Please reach out with any questions you may have.
