About Me &amp; My Home

Looking for a loving, home style stay for your dog while you’re away? Your dog will be treated like part of the family here, with plenty of care, attention, and a relaxed environment.

Only small and small to medium breeds are accepted.Dogs need to be at least 6 months old, Unfortunately,I don’t take very young puppies or larger dogs or certain breeds, boxer, Labradors,Staffies,Huskies or Beagles. 

I prefer friendly dogs who are easy going and get along well with others. If your dog enjoys a peaceful, safe space with lots of attention, they’ll fit right in.

Dogs are welcome inside during the day and can sleep indoors at night. There’s also a secure yard for outdoor time and play, depending on what your dog prefers.
Daily walks, routine, and lots of love are all part of their stay.I do my best to make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and settled while you’re away.

What to Bring
Please bring your dog’s food and bed so they feel at home and stay in their usual routine.
Meet and greets are welcome (but not required). These, along with drop offs, are done outside and kept short (around 10–15 minutes).

Hi, my names Grace and I have an abundance of experience with all sort of pets and would love to meet yours! I have qualifications in pet first aid and dog grooming and have been working for myself dog walking for the last 16 months! 
Ive spent my entire life around animals of all sorts and sizes! I love all sorts of dogs and have no problem with big, boisterous or anxious personalities!! I've raised my heart dog since she was a 4 week old orphan, she's just turned 8! And almost 2 years ago we adopted a 7 year old puppy farm rescue who has grown and learnt so much since being with us! We also have another 2 dogs at our house as well as my three rats, two horses and my cat Smokey.&nbsp;
I'm available for mainly dog walking and check ins, as we've got 4 dogs of our own at home!! I enjoy long walks with dogs as well as running or throwing a tennis ball around at the oval. I also enjoy taking the pups who like the water down to the river, and when it's warm enough I'm more than likely to join them! I also have my own car and license for transport and quite enjoy driving around so happy to travel for a small fee :)&nbsp;
I'm happy to work with/around you to make sure your pets are as happy as can be while life gets busy!!
At this point this is my main job as well as currently studying grooming and Ive just completed my pet first aid course. I have plenty of time for your fur babies however I prefer shorter housesits as I can't be away from my pets for over a week. And will need to come home and visit them during that week also :)

I live at home by myself with my best furry friend Koba. He is a fully trained 10-year-old Border Collie Retriever that's amazing with other dogs. 
Ive always been a dog lover and with my work now being remote from home, I've freed up some of my time to look after other people's animals. I know how hard it is trying to find a GOOD sitter, when you choose to travel or have a weekend away. Often at times I've struggled with this. It's a big deal leaving part of your family behind. 
So I'd love to help provide the service of caring after your pet while you do so! I'm very protective , always triple check front and back doors, always give a huge amount of pats and extra loving to animals. 
Your pet is in great hands! I walk my boy every day no matter what and wouldn't let anything happen to him, let alone someone else's pet.

My availability is flexible, so you let me know what you need and I'll work it in! If your furry friend has special requirements, that's also no trouble. My dog takes fish oil tablets and I meal prep for him each Sunday. So following any sort of structured plan for a pet is easy for me.

We have experience caring for a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, and even horses. We’re confident with different personalities and always follow each pet’s usual routine to help them feel comfortable and settled.
We also have a gentle greyhound named Winslow, a retired racer who is friendly with other dogs and cats. When introducing pets, we always take it slowly and carefully to make sure everyone feels safe and relaxed.
Our home is calm, cozy, and ideal for pets who enjoy a relaxed environment with plenty of love and attention. Pets are rarely left alone for more than 2–3 hours, and often have someone home with them for most of the day.
A typical day includes morning and afternoon walks (usually along local paths or grassy areas), regular feeding routines, and lots of supervision, cuddles, and downtime. During walks, pets are always kept on leash unless instructed otherwise, and we take care to choose safe, quiet areas.
We’re home most weekends, and I’m also available on Mondays, so your pet will have plenty of company and care. We’re located in Wantirna, close to great parks and walking tracks.
We’re also comfortable administering medication and accommodating special requests to ensure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for.
