"Very caring and understanding of our dog's needs, which are not complex but it is the first time we've left her with a 'stranger' for quite a while. Great communication and pro-active in setting our dog up for success in being cared for by a new person in a new environment. Her home is set up well for dogs to have plenty of space and different areas to suit their preferences outdoors, indoors and for exercise.

We also discussed any potential issues that Charlie might have before the daycare booking, so there would be no surprises.
