Hi my name is Sonja and I'm a 53 yr old pet sitter/house sitter and dog walker around Main Beach and can supply references. I live in a dog friendly high rise, across the road from a fully fenced dog park and the beach, in Main Beach on the Gold Coast in QLD Australia.
I’ve always loved all types of animals, especially dogs. It is my happy place. I think of them as fur people. Each with their own individual personalities and special quirks. I love taking them for walks, giving them pats, kisses,hugs and playing doggy games. I don't mind them sleeping on, or beside my bed or on the couch . I can entertain at my home, or come to stay at your place, so your dog can be loved in his or her own environment . I live in a huge dog friendly apartment, in a dog friendly building. 
I offer the type of environment and care we all love to call home, so your pet, sees staying with me as a fun adventure. I offer more than Pet Sitting services, I offer 100 percent attention, love, cuddles, kisses, adventure, fun, and lots of activity and socialisation and play dates with other dogs if desired.
I can also take steps to ensure any special needs are met, that your pet may require. I promise I will take great care in performing these requirements, with dedication and affection. 
I’m happy to devote my undivided attention entirely to your family’s loved one. As I do not have any pets of my own at the moment but I have had so in the past, I understand the stress of being separated from them can be very hard to deal with. That’s why with my service you will receive regular updates daily, with pictures of your pet enjoying their stay here and details on how they are settling in. The apartment in which I live is fully enclosed, with very high glass screens enclosing the verandah. Extremely safe for small children and pets. My apartment has a sunken lounge area and a long run/ hallway from one side of the apartment to the other. Fully tiled, so no worries about accidents or making noise or scratching floors. Plenty of room for your pet to run, play and get plenty of exercise, if you would like them to stay inside except for walks. Or they can run free off lead, in the fully fenced doggy park across the street, whilst having the safety of remaining in a secure park. I am more than happy to take your pet on 3 daily walks.
If you are happy, I can also take them to the beach and walks along the broadwater.
Everything is included, if you would like them bathed before collecting, I can do this also.

Hello! My name is Harley and I’m originally from Manchester, England. I’ve spent much of my life living abroad in Asia, where my family and I rescued and adopted many street dogs and cats. I’ve been lucky to care for animals of all ages, sizes and temperaments, and I currently come from a home with four cats and two dogs, so caring for animals is truly part of my everyday life.
Over the past several years I’ve provided pet sitting, dog walking and in-home care for families in Bali, Thailand and Sydney. This includes feeding, walking, playtime, companionship, and maintaining routines so pets feel relaxed and safe while their owners are away.
In Bali, I also spent time learning handling and behaviour techniques from a local dog trainer who had worked with Cesar Millan. This helped me better understand dog body language, calm energy, and how to approach dogs in a way that builds trust, especially with nervous or reactive pets.
I’m very mindful that every pet has a different personality. Some are energetic and playful, others are shy or anxious, and some just want quiet company. When I meet a pet, I take time to read their behaviour and adjust my approach so they never feel rushed or threatened.
I also have hands on experience giving pets tablets and applying creams and oils when needed. For example, I have regularly given my own dog oral tablets and applied topical treatments to his fur and skin, always gently and calmly to keep him relaxed.
One of my favourite pet sitting memories was caring for two cats and a dog in Bali. After feeding them, walking the dog and spending time playing and grooming them, all three ended up curled up around me on the couch, completely relaxed and happy. Moments like that are why I love doing this.

In the past, I have owned 2x Rescue Staffy Crosses and a Bullmastiff Cross.  

Large Dogs are my favourites but I love all breeds and sizes.  I cant imagine a life without them and loves that my life revolves around them.

I have had experience caring for a friends Labradors cross for 9 months, a friends kelpie cross Spaniel for 6 weeks, and doing day care with American Staffys, English Staffys, Bordercollie Crosses, Jack Russell's, Mini Foxis, Cavalear King Charles and Maltese Cross, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Dalmatian's and Bullmastiff crosses.

I have years of experience with pets (mostly dogs and cats). All my friends and family entrust me with their babies when they go out of town or can't take care of them. I like to go for walks and make them play, or just pet them and be together watching a movie.
Unfortunately last year I lost my dog Lupe and my cat Nahuel, but thanks to that I was able to learn about taking care of sick or old animals. I can give them their medications and be attentive to their mood changes to let you know everithing. I like to update the owners with pictures and I´m always with my phone for any emergency.
I am available every day of the week for now, at any time. I can sleep at your home if you need but I will require a private space and food. I am super responsible and clean, and dont like to leave pets alone at any moment. I am willing to work full time as a pet sitter so I will always find a way to be available for you.
