"This is the first time I use Pawshake, and the first time we travel with our dog Zeus shortly after we have him. I was very lucky to have found Keelie, who has kindly take care of him despite I made a mistake on the date which made it a even last minute assignment. She was careful in letting me know that she has 2 other dogs and what temperament they were and let me decide if Zeus would be suitable. Keelie provides a good homely environment for the dogs, they are free to roam around, and I know that she takes the dogs out for a walk - just Zeus already had his walk so it wasn't needed for him. Her 2 boys love dogs so it was really lovely. She provides ongoing sms to me to let me know how Zeus was doing, so I was very relaxed throughout the day. Thank you very much for taking care of Zeus, I think he loves it too, he rarely has the opportunity for a doggy playdate!"

"Shannon has been absolutely wonderful with Niko. From the very beginning, she offered such a calm and reassuring presence â something I deeply appreciated as it was my first time leaving him with someone. Her empathy, understanding, and non-judgmental attitude made the whole process so much easier for both of us.
Sheâs incredibly conscientious and thoughtful in her care. I really value her regular updates and photos, as well as her openness to discuss how the day went afterwards. Itâs clear she genuinely pays attention to Nikoâs needs and wellbeing.
One of the things I appreciate most is how sheâs supported the training weâre doing at home, especially around building Nikoâs independence. Shannon allows space for that growth and doesnât over-coddle him, which has been so helpful in reinforcing the work weâre doing. Heâs always happy to see her when we arrive, but heâs not overly dependent on her â a sign that sheâs striking the perfect balance between warmth, care, and encouraging confidence.
Itâs such a relief knowing heâs in capable, kind, and thoughtful hands. Iâm so grateful for the peace of mind Shannon brings â I couldnât recommend her more highly."
