For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Salisbury East SA for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Salisbury East SA Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Salisbury East SA sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Your dog will stay at my home and be treated like part of the family. I have experience with puppies, medium and large breed dogs such as labrador retriever and maltipoo and tailor each stay to suit each dog’s personality, routine, and energy level. I strongly prefer a meet-and-greet before the booking so everyone can get comfortable — especially important for dogs staying in a new environment. They’ll be sharing space with Cooper, our gentle and friendly dog, and Luna, our playful and cheeky puppy. Both are well socialised and used to having visiting dogs. Playtime is always supervised, with a good balance of activity and calm downtime. I encourage crate time for quality rest and sleep, especially for puppies or dogs who need help switching off — crates are used positively and never as punishment.Expect regular photo updates, walks, feeds, enrichment play, and plenty of cuddles. I treat every dog like family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

Hi,
I am new to this platform but I have experience taking care of other dogs as a dog sitter. I have a border collie myself so I truly understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and reliable to care for your beloved pets. I’m confident in handling various situations and ensuring your pet feels safe, happy, and loved.

My Home Environment:
My home is a clean, pet-friendly space where pets are welcome in all areas. We have a fully fenced yard for them to chill or run around. We also have some toys that they can play with.

Availability/service:
We are currently available on Tue and Thu for daycare and weekend stays. I offer daily walks, each lasting 30-90minutes, tailored to your dog’s energy level and needs. We won't be taking more than 3 dogs each time.
We can also take care animals like cats, rabbits, hamsters... however all animals MUST be well trained and well behaved.
We also accept last minute bookings.

Hi! My name is Elizabeth, and I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats, and horses, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I truly enjoy their company — talking to them, playing, and making sure they feel loved and safe.

I have plenty of experience looking after different pets. In Sydney, I cared for my niece’s ferret, and back home in Argentina, I looked after my own dogs, as well as friends’ pets including parrots, cats, and dogs of all sizes.

Now I live in a comfortable house with a patio, where pets can enjoy fresh air and space to play. I’m very patient, caring, and responsible, and I always treat every animal as if they were my own. I’m happy to offer walks, playtime, baths, and any special care your pet may need.

My motivation for becoming a pet sitter and dog walker comes from my genuine love for animals and the joy I get from caring for them. I understand how important it is for pet owners to feel confident that their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while they are away. I take this responsibility seriously and always treat pets in my care as if they were my own, with patience, kindness, and attention to their individual needs.
I am a responsible, calm, and reliable adult who enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors. I live in a quiet, pet-friendly neighbourhood within walking distance of Morialta Reserve, which offers beautiful walking trails, open green spaces, and a nearby creek. These areas provide excellent opportunities for safe, enriching dog walks with plenty of mental and physical stimulation.
I have previous experience caring for dogs and other pets, including feeding, walking, playtime, basic grooming, and maintaining routines set by owners. I am comfortable administering oral medication when clear instructions are provided. I do not offer professional training, but I reinforce positive behaviour.
For the safety and wellbeing of all pets, I only accept fully vaccinated animals. I offer dog walking, home visits and daycare services. Dog walks typically last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on your dog’s needs, and take place around my local parks and reserve trails. Pets are never left alone longer than a few minutes during daycare.
Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, allowing me to spend most of my time supervising and interacting with guest pets. I am able to provide a high level of supervision throughout the day and can accommodate flexible schedules. My home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly, with space for pets to relax. Guest pets are welcome to sleep indoors in a safe, comfortable area, following their usual routines where possible.
If offering home visits or house sitting, I stay long enough to feed, walk, play with pets, clean up, and provide companionship. I am also happy to water plants and bring in mail. During house sitting, I respect your home, keep doors and gates secured, and maintain your usual routines to ensure both your pet and your home remain safe and cared for.
My goal is always to provide loving, reliable care and peace of mind. I would love the opportunity to look after your pet and make their time away from you as comfortable and stress-free as possible

Hi there! I'm Vanina, from Argentina, I'm 34 years old.I always had pets, my first puppy was a cocker spaniel named Lara, then Melody arrived, another super loving cocker spaniel and later Lissy arrived, a playful and affectionate poodle who is 11 years old. When I moved I couldn't take her with me but I enjoy the weekends to be with her.I worked for many years in an insurance company, which I left behind to come to Australia.I traveled a large part of Argentina and also visited other countries such as Brasil, Panama, Mexico, the United States,Spain and France. Australia represents My first destination so far from home, which excites me a lot since I like to know different landscapes, cultures and people.I want to bring you security that your pets are going to be healthy and happy because I know that they are not just pets but that they are companions in your life. I have experience in caring for homes and pets.I was housesitting in Adelaide for 8 months, and it was an extraordinary experience. I'm willing to learn about the care and needs of any pet that lives with you.
