"Natalia took wonderful care of our 2 boys all day at her home. She kept us posted throughout the day on how they were fairing, which we really appreciated. Especially as it was their first day spent away from their home and family. They clearly had a ball - playing hard, napping well and they also were taken for a walk in the park. "John made sure to meet my anxious little Spoodle out the front of his home to ensure she was put more at ease before meeting other dogs. He even encouraged us to come early so he could take her on a walk before any other dogs arrived which meant they could build a relationship before other dogs arrived. Felt this was a really positive start to the experience given she can become quite scared around other dogs. He made sure to send us updates on how she was going during her stay and her wagging tail when we picked her up said it all. Will be booking in again!"
