"Lidia was wonderful and has a lovely energy about her. She was flexible with our changing schedule, a good communicator. And our fur baby was comfortable and calm when we collected her. "Jess was excellent; she was very caring and ensured we had all the necessary information. We also discussed any potential issues that Charlie might have before the daycare booking, so there would be no surprises. It was clear that Charlie had enjoyed his day, as he was happy when we picked him up. We would leave him there again if we needed a sitter."
