For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Loganholme QLD for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Loganholme QLD Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Loganholme QLD sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Hello there! We are Rachel and Kurty from Wishart! We share our home with an adorable Corgi and a sweet domestic short hair cat. With over 15 years of experience, we're passionate about providing affordable and quality pet care.
At our place, your furbabies will feel right at home! Our fully fenced large backyard (for play) includes a cozy semi-outdoor deck, and indoor area (for sleep). Your dog or cat will have a blast with us. We are happy to take doggies out for walk at least once a day, Please bring your fur babies medication (If needed). We are happy to assist since i am a nurse. We enjoy spending quality time with furry friends and have a variety of dog puzzles and cat toys, along with treats to keep them entertained.
We understand how important your pets are, so we'll provide regular updates while they stay with us! To ensure the best care, let's arrange a meet and greet where we can discuss all their needs – from hygiene routines to playtime and diet preferences. We can't wait to meet your precious pets! Please note, We don't take aggressive dogs, not vaccinated or tend to bark excessively due to work from home. Wishing you purrs and wagging tails

I have a genuine love for animals and provide a calm, safe, and caring home environment where pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I have experience caring for dogs with different temperaments, including energetic, anxious, and senior dogs, and I always adjust my approach based on their individual personality and needs. For example, I ensure shy or anxious dogs are given time and space to settle in, while more active dogs receive structured play and exercise to keep them engaged and relaxed.

A typical day in my home includes regular feeding according to the owner’s instructions, two to three walks depending on the dog’s energy level, and supervised outdoor playtime in my fully fenced yard. I always make sure the yard is secure and free from hazards before allowing pets outside, and dogs are never left unattended while outdoors. I also provide enrichment activities such as toys, basic training reinforcement, and calm rest periods so pets maintain a balanced routine.

When introducing a new pet to my home, I do it gradually and carefully. I allow them to explore one area at a time and ensure any existing pets are calmly separated or properly introduced under supervision to avoid stress. I closely observe body language to ensure all animals feel safe and comfortable during the adjustment period.

In terms of experience, I have cared for pets for friends, family, and private clients, including overnight stays and extended care periods. I am confident handling different behaviours such as pulling on the leash, barking, or separation anxiety by using calm, consistent routines and positive reinforcement. In case of any emergency, I act immediately by contacting the owner and seeking veterinary assistance if required. I am also comfortable following special care instructions, including administering basic medication and supporting senior or special-needs dogs.

Hi, I'm Alex, I love animals of all kinds and I currently live with two dogs and one cat.
I have had alot of experience over the years looking after all different dog breeds for family, friends and neighbors all the way from from high energy working breeds to the more chilled out breeds from huskies, collies, staffies and pomerianians and always make sure I take care of them as if they were my own. I also have experience taking care of cats and have always had positive experiences and recurring clients.
If you'd like to know anything more about me just feel free to ask. I'm currently available for doing home visits and check-ins but not for dog walking. If you're going on holiday and need someone to check on your pets or take care of anything extra (plants, mail) I can do this also.
If I sound like a good fit please get in touch or make a booking with me and I will be happy to assist with anything.
Thanks,
Alex

I have been a professional dog Groomer for over 14 years. Running my own business. I have been pet sitting and doing homestays for the last two years on our acreage property. My knowledge and experience with dogs is expansive - having worked with them for so many years I can recognise stress, anxiety, illness and make sure that I do my very best to make them comfortable in My Home. When dogs come and stay with us they get to come to work in a large air-conditioned/heated shed and play with multiple dogs five days a week. You can also book in for grooming while your dog stays. I have a heated hydro bath and can do any style or cut of any breed.
We have two adult children who live in the granny flat of our home as well as a four bedroom large brick home with no Carpet so accidents aren't really an issue. There is always usually somebody home if I'm out and about riding my horse one of the kids are usually home or my husband will be here so dogs will be attended to 24/7. As well as having the company of our two dogs. We have a beautiful landscaped area between the two houses that is completely dog proof. Dogs can sleep wherever they feel comfortable. In the lounge, bedroom, even in the bed! (Mine does!)
When a new dog arrives, I like to have special couch time. Spending the first few hours bonding. I love to take photos and videos of happy puppies so owners can enjoy their time away knowing that their fur baby is safe and loved.
Dogs need to be vaccinated as they will be exposed to other visiting dogs.
