"Firstly, Katie was able to look after Maple on short notice and was relaxed with open communication. Katie was very welcoming to Maple and ensured I was kept updated with pictures and messages even for a short pet stay. Katie's little pooch was really cute and friendly with Maple. "I left my little shihtzu with Sanchita for the first time this week. My dog can be very timid when first meeting people or other dogs. When I dropped him off he was very excited and ran straight to Sanchita and her little dogs. Sanchita was very kind and I have made another booking for next week."

"I was nervous leaving my fur baby for the first time. When we did meet & greet with Charly & Boe my nerves vanished. On the day of booking Charly kept me updated with pictures & info of Care Bears day of adventure including a couple of walks to help him settle his nerves.
