"I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for my two puppies. Faye was absolutely wonderful from start to finish — so caring, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful with both of them.
What meant the most to me was how much love and care she put into looking after them. She kept me updated throughout their stay and regularly sent me photos, which gave me so much peace of mind and made being away from them much easier. It was clear from the photos and updates that they were not just being looked after, but were genuinely happy, comfortable, and cared for.
Faye was incredibly reliable and treated my puppies as if they were her own. I could tell she really took the time to understand their personalities and make sure they were comfortable and well looked after. Knowing they were in such caring hands made the whole experience completely stress-free for me.
I’m so grateful to Faye for taking such wonderful care of my babies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and genuinely passionate about dogs. I will absolutely be asking Faye to look after them again! ❤️"

"Weijun (Jane) is the most considerate dog minder. She has helped me so much at a tricky time when my dog had separation anxiety and could not be left alone. She always sends updates with photos which I really look forward to. She is an excellent communicator and is very attentive to your dog's needs.
