I have hands-on experience with small and medium dogs, having grown up surrounded by pets. I spent four years caring for a Shih Tzu daily, and my Schnauzer Fiona has taught me everything about patience and unconditional love. Since arriving in Australia, I've cared for pets across the country. In this way I've met Paco and Pepe in Bronte (Sydney), Ren in Bondi Beach (Sydney), Roy in Alexandria (Sydney) and Bacon in Sunshine Coast.
My walks are always around 1 hour — enough time for a proper adventure! I respect and adapt each pet's existing routine while staying flexible to their needs that day. A sample day routine will be: Morning greeting, fresh water, and breakfast according to the owner's feeding instructions. Morning walk (30–45 min) for dogs — sniff-led and relaxed. Midday check-in: short toilet break, cuddle time, and a photo update sent to the owner. Afternoon enrichment — training practice, interactive play, or a relaxed outdoor session depending on the pet's energy and temperament. Evening walk and dinner. I follow the owner's portions and schedule exactly. Final toilet break, settle-down routine, and bedtime in the pet's preferred sleeping spot. End-of-day photo update sent to the owner.
Throughout every service, I send regular photo updates and messages via the app and WhatsApp, so you always know your furry friend is happy, safe and having fun. I call or text the owner the moment I notice anything unusual — injury, sudden lethargy, vomiting, or behavioral changes. No issue is too small to report. I always have the pet's vet contact and emergency clinic address on hand before a stay begins.&nbsp;

Hi my name is Victoria I am an animal lover and have a natural connection to dogs. I am experienced in looking after dogs  and have owned both larger breeds and now a Cavoodle. Nothing brings me more happiness than making sure the pets I care for are happy, safe and loved. I believe pets are part of the family and therefore they would be treated as part of our household, allowed inside, on my couch for cuddles etc.&nbsp;
My cavoodle is a big teddy bear but has little tolerance for puppies so I am unable to care for dogs under the age of 1. My previous dogs were blind and the other had several health conditions so I have some experience in caring for dogs with extra needs if that is required. 
I live in a spacious home with a fully fenced backyard, so there’s plenty of space for pets to roam and chill safely during the day. I have two children that have grown up with dogs they are 11 and 14 and are aware that our animal friends are to be loved and respected and are happy to play and love your pets as well!I am home most of the time, so your pet will never be left alone for long stretches. They sleep indoors and are always safe and comfortable with us.

My husband and I just moved to Australia recently and can't wait to get involved with some doggies here!
I grew up with a number of pets including a dog, who was called Ginger, a hampster, and other various animals along the way (The fish was the least interactive pet- much prefered the dog!).
My parents often took in foster dogs and puppies, so I was constantly around dogs. I have worked for other platfrom, a Canadian company that offers dog walking and dog sitting. I have taken care of many breeds from labs, dauschounds, terriers, greyhounds, pointers, doodles, etc! The doodles/bernadoodles are my fav, they just have such a lovely disposition and seem to get along with everyone. I have my own lovely doodle named Nello- though he's more of a rug/ teddy bear than a dog.
Anyway, love to give a dog some good exercise- with the odd treat. Positive behaviour reinforcement!
I am able to do 30-60 minutes for a walk. If it is a home visit between 1-3 hours. Would prefer to have 1 dog at once, or 2 dogs from the same home is also ok.
Happy to run with the dog, or go for a long scenic walk, or even a frisbee toss!
I believe a dog that is well exercised, and shown affection is the happiest kind of dog (and usually better behaved!)

I’m Carina, a lifelong animal lover and dog mum to two rescue dogs, Milo and Isa. I offer dog boarding ($65/night, +$35 for a second dog), doggy daycare ($50/day, +$35 for a second dog), 30-minute dog walks ($30, +$10 for an additional dog from the same household), and home visits for dogs and cats ($50, or two visits to the same household for $90). I only offer cat care as home visits.My services include feeding, fresh water, playtime, cuddles, toilet/litter checks, photo updates and following your pet’s usual routine. I can administer medication if clear instructions are provided, but I don’t offer formal training or grooming.For boarding and daycare, I stay home and supervise guest dogs full-time. My partner also works from home, so pets have regular company. I can supervise guest pets 24/7 for boarding and only accept up to two guest dogs at a time.I require a meet-and-greet before boarding to make sure your dog gets along well with my dogs. For dogs over 45kg, I also like to meet first to ensure my space suits their needs. I accept all breeds.I walk no more than two dogs at a time. I may walk dogs from different clients together, unless otherwise discussed and arranged beforehand. I offer one to two 30-minute walks per day, depending on your dog’s needs.I offer pick-up and drop-off for $35, which may increase if you are more than 20km away. Home visit prices include travel within 20km and may also increase for longer distances.I live with my partner and our two rescue dogs. Guest dogs can sleep indoors in a comfortable area, either near us or separately if they need quiet space. We have two separate, fully fenced garden areas with secure gates, allowing dogs to be managed separately if needed.I’m happy to arrange a meet-and-greet before bookings so everyone feels comfortable.

Hello! My name is Ashleigh. I am a 30 year old female who works full time as a registered nurse. I am a passionate animal lover, living in a small rental which houses my two beloved elderly Guinea pigs and two leafy stick insects. I have always had animals in my life, whether that be in my home or at my friends' places, farms and properties. I was raised partially on a farm with many animals and wildlife around, which required a great deal of TLC! In terms of pet sitting, I have pet sit many times for my friends and family (cats and dogs mainly), but have looked after birds in the past too. Working in the healthcare field can be emotionally exhausting and I take great joy in being outdoors and amongst our beautiful wildlife. Animals are a great gift to us, and will be treated as such! 

Haha, in all seriousness I have an incredible connection when it comes interacting with dogs, cats and anything inbetween. I've grown up with many dogs in the past from rottweilers to golden retrievers and corgis to malamutes, no dog is excluded in my eyes and everyone deserves love and attention.
I find this opportunity to be both a learning experience as well as a sense of joy. I may not have previous experience with "Pawshake" however, I've had many experiences with animals regardless and everyone needs to start somewhere in becoming a sitter right?&nbsp;
