For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Coolum Beach QLD for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Coolum Beach QLD Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Coolum Beach QLD sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

G'day! My wife and I are excited to have your best friend over for a play and chillax. We've decided to open our property to dog sitting for a number of reasons, not only because we love dogs, but also to give our Poppy a friend!Poppy is a 7kg 6 year old dachshund. She has a very calm loving energy but will also match your dogs playfulness. She's a very adaptable dog.We have a fully fenced yard on a 1200m² block. Plenty of space for for your good boy or girl to run around on and sniff! Our house is dog proofed to the max (You can thank Poppy for that!), and a dog flap for uninterrupted garden access. There are two separate yard areas should the dogs need some space, however unlikely. My wife is currently studying full time, and I'm a shift worker. Between us, we come and go from home, we cannot guarantee someone will be home all the time but it is rare we are gone for long periods of time- but as mentioned we cannot guarantee this. Poppy gets a walk most days, as will your dog. And Poppy offers a 24/7 play mate. She sleeps in the living room all snuggled into her bed and blankets where your pooch will be super cosy too!We back onto a forest area and have plenty of long leads to keep your pup safe. We'll be treating your best friend as if they are our own, your dog wont notice that you're gone, and be very loved! We do a little meet and greet with all new/first time dogs to answer questions and get to know each other to ensure a good fit for all.Short and long stays are welcome.Sorry no puppies.Come say G'day!

About Me ‍🦺

I’m a passionate dog lover who truly enjoys spending time with furry friends of all shapes and sizes. Dogs are not just pets to me — they’re family.

I live in a comfortable home where dogs are welcome inside, with plenty of cosy spots to relax. They can also enjoy a fully fenced, secure backyard — perfect for safe playtime, exploring, or just basking in the sunshine.

Whether it’s going for walks, playing fetch, or simply enjoying quiet cuddle moments, I make sure every dog feels loved, happy, and at home. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities, and they’ll get plenty of affection, attention, and care — just like they would with you.

Meet Jack

Jack is a gentle, affectionate dog with a heart of gold. He loves going for walks, exploring new scents, and enjoying tasty treats.
Cuddles are his favourite pastime, and he’s perfectly happy to curl up by your side for some quiet time.
Calm, well-behaved, and friendly with people, Jack is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loving four-legged friend.

Meet Cookies

Cookies is a sweet, food-loving girl with a big appetite for both treats and life. She enjoys her quiet moments but is always ready for some fun, especially when playing with other dogs.
Friendly, playful, and full of charm, Cookies is a joy to have around — as long as you’re ready to share a snack or two!

Ciao! I’m Elena, an Italian girl recently arrived on the Coast. I’ve been a dog lover my whole life and I’m here to give your furry friend the best care, exercise, and plenty of amore! I treat every pet as if they were my own family.
I’m very detail-oriented and I closely observe every behavior or change in your dog's mood. If needed, I will provide a faithful and detailed report after our time together, so you can always be at peace.
I love adapting to each dog's unique temperament:

For social pups, a fun walk at the park.

For high-energy ones, a safe hike or a run on the beach (always checking the sand temperature first!).

For quieter or more sensitive souls, I offer a calm, pet-free apartment surrounded by green areas for a peaceful stay.

My Availability:

Tuesday & Wednesday: Fully available all day for walks or daycare.

Other days: Available in the late afternoon and evening.

I specialize in small to medium-sized dogs in Caloundra, Mooloolaba, and Maroochydore!

Because your pets deserve more than just your neighbours kid!
Hello! My name is Ashleigh. I am a 30 year old female who works full time as a registered nurse. I am a passionate animal lover, living in a small rental which houses my two beloved elderly Guinea pigs and two leafy stick insects. I have always had animals in my life, whether that be in my home or at my friends' places, farms and properties. I was raised partially on a farm with many animals and wildlife around, which required a great deal of TLC! In terms of pet sitting, I have pet sit many times for my friends and family (cats and dogs mainly), but have looked after birds in the past too. Working in the healthcare field can be emotionally exhausting and I take great joy in being outdoors and amongst our beautiful wildlife. Animals are a great gift to us, and will be treated as such!
