"Iris was absolutely wonderful to deal with from start to finish. She was friendly, responsive and flexible with timings, happily accommodating a few small changes to our plans. At the start of booking, she took the time to show us around her home, which immediately put us at ease. Throughout the day she kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos, which was very reassuring, and when we picked Doga up, he looked relaxed, content and clearly well cared for. She showed George a lot of care and made him feel comfortable in her home, as he can be quite anxious.
