"Firstly, Katie was able to look after Maple on short notice and was relaxed with open communication. Katie was very welcoming to Maple and ensured I was kept updated with pictures and messages even for a short pet stay. Katie's little pooch was really cute and friendly with Maple. "I was nervous leaving my fur baby for the first time. When we did meet & greet with Charly & Boe my nerves vanished. On the day of booking Charly kept me updated with pictures & info of Care Bears day of adventure including a couple of walks to help him settle his nerves.
