"Iris was absolutely wonderful to deal with from start to finish. She was friendly, responsive and flexible with timings, happily accommodating a few small changes to our plans. At the start of booking, she took the time to show us around her home, which immediately put us at ease. "I had such a pleasant experience dealing with Cecilia. She was incredibly responsive. When we met in person, she was very warm and obviously very confident around dogs. I have an American staffy x (25kg) and she has two collies. She was calm and confident introducing the dogs as we watched, then she headed inside with all 3 dogs, enabling me to leave comfortably. She kept me posted with photos throughout the day, then when I picked Harley up that afternoon, everyone looked very happy. Will definitely use again. THANK YOU CECILIA!"
