We are the proud owners of two wonderful dogs: Archie, a Schnoodle, and Parmi, a Cavoodle. Archie just turned 5 years old and joined our family when he was just 8 weeks old, traveling all the way from the QLD-NSW border. A couple of years ago, we welcomed Parmi into our home, and she will turn 3 years old. Both of them bring so much joy into our lives every day.
We love spending time with them, whether it's walking, taking them to dog parks, or playing their favorite tug-of-war games. Our home is located in a very safe neighborhood, and we’ve made sure it’s well-secured to ensure the safety of our pets.
In addition to caring for our own dogs, we often help look after my sister’s dog as well as two Scottish Terriers, one Maltipoo &amp; one Cavoodle belonging to friends. At one point, we had the joy of having 5 dogs in our house at once, and it was an absolute blast!
We see dog sitting &amp; boarding as a wonderful opportunity to connect with other dog lovers and offer help to those who may not be able to travel with their fur babies. Just as we cherish our pets, we want to ensure that yours receive the same love and care when you’re away.&nbsp;

I'm a retired professional who has owned dogs most of my life (from a 45kg groodle to 7kg Cavalier King Charles Spaniels). Our 13yo giant groodle passed away a few months ago and we aren't ready to adopt another but very much enjoy caring for others' beloved pets, giving them the attention and love they deserve on their ‘holiday’!
My family includes two children, 10 and 12 years old, who love animals and are very used to dogs particularly, and we live in a house with a secure/fenced backyard.
I am home most of the time and can give them the attention they deserve. they will usually not be left alone for more than an hour or two at most, and will have at least two walks a day of 30-60 minute duration, dependent on weather/heat etc.
I enjoy walking and aside from exploring the neighbourhood streets, we also have two dog parks within a block or two if your dog enjoys socialising with other and/or running off-leash in a secure, enclosed large oval. If they travel well in the car I am also very happy to take them to dog-friendly bays such as Bayview or Clontarf, but only letting them off-leash if they reliably return of course.
I am comfortable administering medication to dogs, and they can sleep either inside or outside dependent on their usual routine. We have had small dogs sleep on our beds also if that's the usual for them.
I will look after one family's dog/s at a time only. (Up to 3 dogs at one time but only if they all normally live together)

Hi! I'm Kay, and I'm keen to meet your furry friends, care for them and keep them happy while you're away. I'm available any time in the day or evening if your pets need daytime company or walks. I have no other pets at home. Happy to travel up to 5km from Mona Vale for walks or home visits. 
I have shared my life with cats and dogs all my life, and coming to Australia from England 20 years ago gave me a fantastic opportunity to work with the Cats Protection Society in Sydney, fostering cats at home and watching them grow up. All had been abandoned and some were scared, some kittens I looked after were 2 days old. I cared for many older cats and young litters of kittens, socialising, calming and making them happy until they were old enough to be adopted. I then adopted 2 rescue cats, Coral and Milo, as forever cats. This fostering experience showed me the joy and satisfaction of helping vulnerable, sad and scared cats become boisterous, happy and well balanced cats ready to live with parents and children. I have taken holidays and travelled in my camper van and each time I have used this pet sitting service myself, which gave me the comfort knowing my cats were looked after at home and happy while I was away. I also know what a pet owner needs and expects from a sitter, including cuddles, brushing, playing, or just sitting calmly in their own home just like you do. I've been involved in looking after, training and socialising my son's active young kelpie and I love the outdoors and would love to take long dog walks and run along with your dog if they fancy stretching their legs.
I have been a regular house sitter for various dogs and cats around Sydney throughout 2023 and can provide excellent references. I no longer work so I am available during the day if you're at work or away, this gives your dog or cat the luxury of daytime company at my place.

About Us:
When we say "we," we’re referring to my husband, Alejandro, and me (Daniella). Alejandro has grown up with dogs and has always had at least two at a time. He’s great at managing multiple dogs at once. I’ve also been taking care of dogs of all types and sizes with my parents back in the U.S.
We both love animals, and since we don’t have our own dog yet, we enjoy just sitting at the dog park to watch the pups play. If we’re lucky, one will come say hello, and it always makes us smile. 
We treat every dog like family, and we want them to feel like they’re part of our pack while they’re with us.
What We Ask:
Your dog should be people-friendly and well-trained. Honest communication is key so we can understand your pup’s needs and make them feel at home.
We promise to love them like our own furry baby.

Our Home:
We live in an apartment with plenty of space and green areas. We know it can be stressful for dogs to adjust to a new place, so we’ll make sure they get lots of cuddles, walks, treats, and attention. We’ll also stick to their schedule as best we can.

Things to Bring for Day Care or Overnight Stays:

This will help your dog feel more comfortable. We’ll also send you daily updates so you’re always in the loop. 

Pick-Up/Drop-Off Info:

For overnight stays, please pick up your dog around the same time they were dropped off (e.g., 10 AM Saturday drop-off, 10 AM Sunday pick-up).
If you need to pick up your dog at a different time, there will be a small additional fee.

Important Notes:

We only take care of up to two dogs at a time, unless we’ve discussed otherwise.
If we care for two dogs, they must be from the same family (siblings) or get along with the other dogs.&nbsp;

We don't offer dog training, so we ask that your dog is already trained.

A Meet and Greet is a must for your peace of mind and ours.

Our family would like to share some love to your fur babies and will provide care for them as if they were our own. We are caring and reliable and we are sure your fur babies will enjoy a little holiday with us while you are away. They will be getting lots of love and cuddles from us for sure!

I had a pomeranian for 12 years and have been dog sitting for friends and other families for a while. My kids love dogs and are very gentle and caring. They also know when to give them their own space. I work from home with flexible arrangements and hours so I will spend most of the time with your fur babies for cuddles, walks and play, etc.

We have a spacious fully fenced decent sized yard with access to shade. We live in a super dog friendly neighborhood, the fenced dog park and an off-leash dog friendly oval are just minutes away.

We will send you daily photos, videos and updates to keep you posted so you can relax during your time away from your fur babies. I have been working with dogs for over two and a half years now and I absolutely love it. Together with my dog Loki, I used to work at an outdoor doggy daycare up on the Central Coast, where I spent my work days engaging with dogs of all sizes, ages and breeds. I absolutely love it! Dog breeds and their different purposes fascinate me and I love to see their breed specific traits in action. I'm a true believer in positive reinforcement and mental enrichment, which is why I love to do different activities with the dogs in my care throughout the day (sniffing games, bubbles, sprinklers, you name it!) While working at the doggy daycare, I also worked as a dog walker. When my dog was just a puppy, I attended two different puppy schools with him (owning a working dog in suburbia comes with big responsibility and I wanted to make sure I can give him the life he deserves). When he got older, we attended obedience classes at the Manly Kennel Club. These days, you'll find us on the Aglity field. In my free time, I have also completed a certificate in advanced canine behaviour at tafe. As you can see, I really really love dogs. I got very lucky with the house I live in - it has a huge backyard that is fully fenced,and I believe it would be a crime not to share it with other doggies while their owners are at work. I offer full day dogminding to people on the Northern Beaches (pick up and drop off included for doggies living between Elanora Heights &amp; Manly) because I believe that every dog deserves to have the best time when away from their owners - to me, dog minding isn't just about throwing the dogs in the yard and leaving them to their own devices - I will spend the day with them, making sure they're safe, happy and engaged.
