For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Benowa QLD for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Benowa QLD Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Benowa QLD sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Need a bubbly person to take care of your furry friends whether it's through Dog Boarding, Doggy Daycare, etc.? My name is Constance Soetomo and I love having animals around me. I'm located in Coomera, Gold Coast. I love caring for animals as I believe they deserve the best of the best of care and play, and also benefit us humans as well to be better people. The only experience I have to taking care of animals is my past pets and family friends' pets over 5 years. I've always grown up around pets and love being around them. I have no professional experience with pet care at all but I believe that passion for animals also is important.I offer: (Seasonal applies to both school holidays and public holidays)Dog Boarding -$45/night (1 dog size large) $30 (1 dog size small to medium)$20/night per additional dogSeasonal: $54/night (1 dog size large) $39/night (1 dog size small to medium Seasonal additional dog: $24/nightDoggy Daycare -$35/day (1 dog size large)$20/day (1 dog size small to medium)$20/day per additional dogSeasonal: $42/day (1 dog size large) $27/day (1 dog size small to medium)Seasonal additional dog: $24/dayDog Walking (30mins) -$15/walk$5/walk per additional dogSeasonal: $20/walkSeasonal additional dog: $6/walkA $10 flat travel fee applies to each Dog Walking session.1 Home Visit a Day -$20/daySeasonal: $26/dayPlus a flat travel fee of $20 per booking.2 Home Visit a Day -$35/daySeasonal: $42/dayPlus a flat travel fee of $25 per booking.I will take a maximum of 3 dogs in boarding and 2 dogs in daycare.I am able to take care of dogs the most, but I have the most experience with taking care of dogs of all ages and sizes. Dogs suit my setup the best due to having a big backyard and a shaded area for the dogs to hang around and play that is furnished with comfy pet beds and easy access to food and water. I'll feed and water the animals during human meal times unless specified and have ample playtime with them throughout the entire day, bring them on occasional walks around the neighbourhood and to the nearby off-leash dog area.My home environment is spacious and warm with everything a dog may need and is located in Coomera, Gold Coast. My availability may change from time to time so it's best to contact and update me a week before your planned time for me to take care of your furry animal. I'd leave the animals at most for 2 hours to run some errands but they will also be with family members of mine during those times and supervised through security cameras that are connected to my phone when I'm away during that time. Please provide all necessary items your dog will need like their food as we don't know which food will suit them and prefer them to be comfortable with their usual food, preferred treats, favourite toys, etc, in a pet bag. And please send all information and requirements/requests you may need to tell me in our chats for me to properly take care of your animal to your desire like if your dog needs to take a certain medication at a certain time or need special care in general. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns regarding my services.Thank you so much for your time and I hope to meet your furry companion very soon. All loves to you and your animals.

I love animals, I have 4 dogs, german shepherds, in Spain, and I love to be surrounded by animals. I'm very responsible, I have experience with dogs, and love to take care of them! I also practice horseriding and love horses, and every animal. I'll be happy to take care of your lovely pets! I find it is a lovely job that I will enjoy and I'm sure I will give my best!
I offer to take care of your pets, staying at home with them, feeding them or taking them for a walk, whatever you need me to do for them!
I have full availability, both to stay with them at home or to take them for a walk. I'll be living here at Gold Coast, Burleigh Heads, for at least one year, so I will be happy to hear from any of you who need an extra hand with their pet :) I have no problem in moving wherever you live in Gold Coast, any question or doubt you can tell me, also I'm open to meet any day so you get to know me better!

Hello! My name is Harley and I’m originally from Manchester, England. I’ve spent much of my life living abroad in Asia, where my family and I rescued and adopted many street dogs and cats. I’ve been lucky to care for animals of all ages, sizes and temperaments, and I currently come from a home with four cats and two dogs, so caring for animals is truly part of my everyday life.
Over the past several years I’ve provided pet sitting, dog walking and in-home care for families in Bali, Thailand and Sydney. This includes feeding, walking, playtime, companionship, and maintaining routines so pets feel relaxed and safe while their owners are away.
In Bali, I also spent time learning handling and behaviour techniques from a local dog trainer who had worked with Cesar Millan. This helped me better understand dog body language, calm energy, and how to approach dogs in a way that builds trust, especially with nervous or reactive pets.
I’m very mindful that every pet has a different personality. Some are energetic and playful, others are shy or anxious, and some just want quiet company. When I meet a pet, I take time to read their behaviour and adjust my approach so they never feel rushed or threatened.
I also have hands on experience giving pets tablets and applying creams and oils when needed. For example, I have regularly given my own dog oral tablets and applied topical treatments to his fur and skin, always gently and calmly to keep him relaxed.
One of my favourite pet sitting memories was caring for two cats and a dog in Bali. After feeding them, walking the dog and spending time playing and grooming them, all three ended up curled up around me on the couch, completely relaxed and happy. Moments like that are why I love doing this.
I offer dog walking, house sitting and pet sitting, drop in visits, feeding and playtime, and companionship and routine care.
I cover areas all across the Gold Coast and can also travel to select areas past Coomera. I’m available Monday to Friday from 2pm onwards, and with notice I can sometimes be available earlier in the day.
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing always come first. I make sure dogs are walked securely, routines are followed, homes are respected, and pets receive plenty of attention, exercise and care.
I’d love to meet you and your pet. Feel free to reach out to arrange a meet and greet anytime

Hello!
My name is Laura and I live in Varsity Lakes on the beautiful Gold Coast, in a peaceful, green neighbourhood perfect for walks, playtime, and relaxing in the backyard.
I've always been passionate about animals – I've grown up with dogs, cats and horses! My biggest motivation to become a pet sitter is to share that love by giving your furry friends the attention, care, and adventure they deserve while you're away. I truly enjoy making pets feel at home, happy, and loved – there's nothing better than a wagging tail and those joyful moments together! ️
My experience with dogs:

I was lucky to have a dog when I was younger, named Kery – he was a very cute, trained, and well-behaved poodle
Last year, during a full year, I was living with a Polynesian family in Tahiti and took care of their dog, called Given – he was very athletic and lovely! 🦮
Also, I very regularly pet sit 2 dogs: a very young energetic Frenchton called Elio & a big Beauceron that is a quiet strength called Senna! They are truly the best

I only accept vaccinated pets into my home to ensure everyone's safety. This keeps things secure and stress-free!
I'm reliable, patient, responsible, and attentive to each dog's personality and needs. I always send photos and updates. I offer daily dog walking, doggy day care at my home, overnight boarding, home visits, and pick-up/drop-off services.
Your four-legged family members will be in loving, caring hands!
Looking forward to meeting you and your companion
Laura

Hi! I’m a 26 year old boy from Chile living in Melbourne. I’m a genuine dog lover who has shared my life with dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve had three dogs of my own throughout my life, and caring for them has taught me responsibility, patience, and how deeply dogs depend on feeling safe and loved. Because of this, my friends and family regularly trust me with their dogs when they need help, whether it’s for walks, day care, or simply spending quality time together.

I understand that every dog has a unique personality, energy level, and routine. Some love long, active walks, while others prefer calm strolls and lots of affection. I always adapt to what your dog needs. I’m attentive, gentle, and safety-focused, making sure your dog feels comfortable and relaxed at all times.

I treat every dog as if they were my own, providing care, attention, and positive energy. My goal is not just to walk your dog, but to make sure they feel happy, stimulated, and truly cared for while you have peace of mind.

Becoming a pet sitter, isn’t just a job for me it’s a passion and a way of life. My motivation comes from my deep love for animals, especially dogs. I’ve always been surrounded by furry companions, growing up in a household with multiple dogs my desire to be a pet sitter is driven by the joy of companionship, and the satisfaction of insuring a dogs well-being. I am dedicated to taking care of all dogs that come my way.I believe in going above and beyond to provide the best experience for the dog under my care, besides walks and basic care, I celebrate their birthday with homemade cakes and capture theirday to day activities through photos to share with their owners. For me, Pet Sitting is about forming a bond, offering companionship, and ensuring that every dog feels loved and secure when they’re with me.

I live in a unit with no fenced backyard However, they will always be with me 24/7. I am home every day so they won't ever be alone.

Heyy:) My name is Sophie. I moved to the Gold Coast recently and am looking for furry friends. Since I was a child, I loved animals. I always deeply respected their space and admired their different characters and ways of being. When I was younger, I had guinea pigs and rabbits and I used to walk dogs that lived on the street regularly. I loved taking care of the pets of friends and always did so reliably.I know that every animal has different needs and am flexible to adhere to them according to your preferences. It is easy for me to follow orders, thus I will surely fulfill what is best for your pet.I am flexible with times, so I am sure that we can find optimal slots that suit you and me. I do not have any animals myself at the moment. I can´t wait to meet you and your pet and be there for them while you are away.

You can call me Berni! ;)
I have years of experience with pets (mostly dogs and cats). All my friends and family entrust me with their babies when they go out of town or can't take care of them. I like to go for walks and make them play, or just pet them and be together watching a movie.
Unfortunately last year I lost my dog Lupe and my cat Nahuel, but thanks to that I was able to learn about taking care of sick or old animals. I can give them their medications and be attentive to their mood changes to let you know everithing. I like to update the owners with pictures and I´m always with my phone for any emergency.
I am available every day of the week for now, at any time. I can sleep at your home if you need but I will require a private space and food. I am super responsible and clean, and dont like to leave pets alone at any moment. I am willing to work full time as a pet sitter so I will always find a way to be available for you.
I take not vaccinated pets and I accept only one pet at a time (more if its the same owner).
bonus: I love photography as well so I will probably take pictures of your pet with my camera, and then give them yo you for free!
