For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Aroona QLD for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Aroona QLD Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Aroona QLD sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Because your pets deserve more than just your neighbours kid!
Hello! My name is Ashleigh. I am a 30 year old female who works full time as a registered nurse. I am a passionate animal lover, living in a small rental which houses my two beloved elderly Guinea pigs and two leafy stick insects. I have always had animals in my life, whether that be in my home or at my friends' places, farms and properties. I was raised partially on a farm with many animals and wildlife around, which required a great deal of TLC! In terms of pet sitting, I have pet sit many times for my friends and family (cats and dogs mainly), but have looked after birds in the past too. Working in the healthcare field can be emotionally exhausting and I take great joy in being outdoors and amongst our beautiful wildlife. Animals are a great gift to us, and will be treated as such!

Haha, in all seriousness I have an incredible connection when it comes interacting with dogs, cats and anything inbetween. I've grown up with many dogs in the past from rottweilers to golden retrievers and corgis to malamutes, no dog is excluded in my eyes and everyone deserves love and attention.
I find this opportunity to be both a learning experience as well as a sense of joy. I may not have previous experience with "Pawshake" however, I've had many experiences with animals regardless and everyone needs to start somewhere in becoming a sitter right?
The idea of meeting so many faces and personalities gets me really excited as well as the chance to adapt with responsibility given everyone is unique. I can also garuantee that every one of your pets will be happy and exhausted after every outting.
I appreciate your consideration and look forward to making connections in the future!

(My current home is situated within a closed street away from main roads. I have a generous outdoor area sectioned off into 3 separate yards for pets to run around aswell as an outdoor park, literally against our house for larger activities.)

Hello, I’ve spent my life around all kinds of animals and I adore them all. I have more than 8 years' worth of experience of on and off petsitting in other people’s homes. I'm 30 and have looked after all sorts of pets with different needs. I try to keep to the pet's routines as closely as possible and be attentive to the small details for each pet. I can care for pets at the owner's home (check ins, walks, feeding, overnight stays, daycare etc). I work from home online doing digital marketing so during petsitting stays I can generally spend most of my time with the pet but I like to be pre-advised if a pet has very high supervision needs and is unable to be alone for certain amounts of time. I'll also need to be made aware of any behavioural issues or special requirements - I want your pets to feel as calm and comfortable as they can while you're away and am happy to accommodate them as best I can! I’m available anytime as I work from home (unless I’m booked into another petsit). For house visits that are check-ins/feeds, I spend about 30-45 minutes with the pet. For walks, I spend at least 30 minutes walking. And I can do housesits that are any length of time (again unless I’m booked at another one). My experience with pets includes owning horses and dogs, as well as living with dogs basically my whole life, and petsitting dogs and cats. I have a police check I can happily supply.

Hi there! My name is Nicole and I love animals! Big, small, fluffy, scaly and everything in between. My passion for animals started when I was very young. I grew up on a hobby farm where everything was a pet. As I got older, my love for animals grew. I have taken my passion for animal welfare all around the world and volunteered in Cambodia with Elephants, South Africa with rescued Lions and other amazing adventures.
I have also done a lot of volunteering closer to home with RSPCA, Save a Horse Inc and currently Riding for the Disabled. Being around animals genuinely makes me happy, they really are pure joy. Due to all this experience, I am very confident with animals and especially bigger animals.
The services I offer are: Visits in your home and dog walking. I will stay for a minimum of 30 minutes (often longer) to interact with your pet/s (cuddles, play time, brush, feed, cleanup etc). If you request dog walking, I will walk your pet for a minimum of 30 minutes. I am comfortable walking more than one dog at a time if they are well trained.
I have a Police clearance certificate, Blue Card and references.
If you are looking for an honest, reliable, caring and professional sitter for your fur baby, look no further. I would love to hear from you.
