For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Arcadia NSW for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Arcadia NSW Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Arcadia NSW sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

I'm a retired professional who has owned dogs most of my life (from a 45kg groodle to 7kg Cavalier King Charles Spaniels). Our 13yo giant groodle passed away a few months ago and we aren't ready to adopt another but very much enjoy caring for others' beloved pets, giving them the attention and love they deserve on their ‘holiday’!
My family includes two children, 11 and 13 years old, who love animals and are very used to dogs particularly, and we live in a house with a secure/fenced backyard.
I am home most of the time and can give them the attention they deserve. they will usually not be left alone for more than an hour or two at most, and will have at least two walks a day of 30-60 minute duration, dependent on weather/heat etc.
I enjoy walking and aside from exploring the neighbourhood streets, we also have two dog parks within a block or two if your dog enjoys socialising with other and/or running off-leash in a secure, enclosed large oval. If they travel well in the car I am also very happy to take them to dog-friendly bays such as Bayview or Clontarf, but only letting them off-leash if they reliably return of course.
I am comfortable administering medication to dogs, and they can sleep either inside or outside dependent on their usual routine. We have had small dogs sleep on our beds also if that's the usual for them.
I will look after one family's dog/s at a time only. (Up to 3 dogs at one time but only if they all normally live together)
For just dog walking, my rate is for 1h of walking.
Please free to message me if any questions.

We are a family deeply passionate about dogs; we believe that every pet deserves love, care, and attention, even when their owners are away. Our love for dogs has been a central part of our lives, shaping our values and priorities. We understand the bond between pets and their owners and recognize the importance of providing a safe and nurturing environment for furry companions when their families cannot be with them.
Our family's idea of opening our home for pet sitting stems from our desire to extend our love and care to other dogs. My kids and our pet Coco would also love to have another furry housemate to play with on a day-to-day basis. We will ensure that every pet feels comfortable, welcome, happy, and loved in their temporary homes away from home.
We have a large backyard that is fully fenced. We will also allow your pets to roam around our house and sleep on our couch. We will spoil them with lots of treats and give them plenty of attention and cuddles.
Experiences:

Our family are pet lovers. We have one dog and four fish at home. All of us are hands-on in taking care of our pets.
My wife and I also grew up having pets back in the Philippines. I actually grew up with four pet dogs, birds, fish, and, believe it or not, a pet pig!

Through these experiences and many more, we've learned invaluable lessons about empathy, responsibility, and the profound impact of human-animal relationships.
Our Services:

Feeding the pet as required.
Access to fresh water.
Ensuring the dog can go to the toilet regularly.
Basic medication (non-injectables) for an additional $10.
Keeping pets in a hygienic condition - cleaning up any messes and reporting any signs of illness, unusual behaviour or injury to the owner.
We will only board up to two dogs at the same time.
We love to walk the dogs, depending on the weather.
The dogs can freely enjoy zoomies in our backyard and play with our dog Coco.
We will send photos of your dogs via WhatsApp.

How much time can we spend with pets:

My wife and I both work from home and can look after the dogs 24/7.
We will not leave your pets alone for longer than 3 hours during dog boarding and no longer than 1 hour during daycare.
My kids (ages 10 and 14 ) will definitely play with the dogs once they are back from school.
My wife and I would love to play with your dogs too during our breaks.

Notes:
- We accept only small and medium sized dog (less than 20 kg)
- We require your pets to be friendly, house trained, fully vaccinated, flea and worm treatment up to date.
- Please bring also pets own bed, food, treats, crate ( if any) and any other necessary stuffs (toys, leash, food bowl etc..)
-Please note also that our pet Coco is a 2 years old energetic dog. He has a behavior of being initially excited when new dogs or even a person come to our house. As he spends more time and becomes familiar with them and their scents, he will likely settle down and become more relaxed.

Who I am
Hi, I’m Ronak, someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals and getting to know their unique personalities. I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and caring for your pets, because I’m also a dog owner myself. I have a gentle giant dog, and I always think about how I would want someone to care for my own four-legged baby. That’s exactly the level of love, patience, and attention I provide to every pet in my care.
My Services
I offer dog daycare, boarding, dog walking, and in-home pet visits for dogs and cats.I’m happy to tailor care based on your pet’s personality and needs — whether it’s a relaxed walk, playtime, cuddles, daycare, overnight boarding, or in-home visits while you’re away.
My Home
My home has a large fully fenced and secure backyard where dogs can safely play, relax, and enjoy their day. For boarding, pets stay indoors as part of the family, not outside. Their comfort and safety always come first. I also have 24/7 indoor cameras for extra monitoring and peace of mind.My home is surrounded by beautiful dog-friendly parks and walking paths, which makes it perfect for fun and safe outings. I love exploring different walking routes so dogs can experience new smells, new environments, and make furry friends. There’s nothing better than seeing them happy, playing freely, and coming home relaxed and tired after a fun day.
My Gift
To welcome new clients and their furry babies, I’m currently offering 50% off your first booking
Your pet’s happiness, safety, and wellbeing will always come first

Hi! I’m Minji, and I live with my husband in a peaceful, pet-friendly home in Rouse Hill with a fully fenced backyard — perfect for dogs to sniff around, sunbathe, or just enjoy some fresh air.
We’re both genuine animal lovers and have always had a soft spot for dogs. I previously had a sweet Dachshund, and over the years, I’ve regularly cared for friends’ and neighbours’ pups — from energetic puppies to gentle seniors. I understand how much pets mean to their families, and I’ll treat your dog like one of our own.
I run a small online business from home, which gives me the flexibility to be with your pup all day long. They’ll never be left alone — I’ll be there to give them full-time attention, whether it’s for walks, playtime, cuddles, or naps. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine to make them feel as comfortable as possible.
You’ll also receive regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your furry friend is in loving hands. For everyone’s safety, I only accept fully vaccinated pets.
I truly believe dogs bring so much joy into our lives, and I’d be honoured to give yours a safe, warm, and happy place to stay while you're away.

Hi There, My name is Sahar and I am a pet lover! We have a small dog, his breed is Cavoodle, his name is chico and he is very friendly, we love him so much that it motivated to become a home dog boarder. My husband and I absolutely adore animals and would give love to them whenever we have a chance to. We will give lots of love to your dog and care for him/her as my own and treat them with love and care. We live in a house and do have a medium backyard where your dog can play and have a good time, there are also dog parks around us within 5-10 min driving distance. we are able to provide your dogs toys and treats, we will also take them forawalk at least once a day free of charge and give them love as much as they need. It would be best if you would bring your dogs' favorite toy leash, brush, and collar as well as food/water bowls. It is also preferred and appreciated if you can bring his/her bed, crate or whatever he is used to sleeping on. Regarding food, also pleasebring yourdogs daily food and treats to avoid any stomach upsets by changing food. Looking forward to meeting your doggy :) Regards Sahar

We are a dog loving couple with no kids. We know how important it is to provide more than just basic care as pet parents and we aim to make every pet feel like part of our family.
Our services:
A cozy home. Your pet will have free roam of the house, and access to our yard, along with undivided love and attention.
Playtime. Your furbabies will get lots of play and cuddles. Please bring their favorite toys!
Outdoor fun. They can enjoy our large back yard, or we can take them on walks to a nearby park.
Photo updates. We’ll send you regular pictures and updates, so you know your pet is happy and safe.
Clean and comfortable. We maintain a clean space, provide fresh water, and ensure your pet stays comfortable during their time with us.
Grooming and manners. From daily combing to ensuring good behavior, we believe that a little extra attention goes a long way in making pets feel their best.
Medication and special care. We are comfortable administering medication and caring for pets with specific needs, ensuring a calm and stress-free experience.
True love and care. We understand how hard it can be to find someone who genuinely cares about your pet’s well-being. That’s why we treat each furry friend as if they were our own.
Vaccinated pets only.

I’ve grown up around animals my entire life, from cattle and large dogs on the farm to birds, guinea pigs and everything in between. Our family cockatoo even lived to be over 50!
I’m an experienced and confident animal carer, including with larger dogs (as you can see in the photos with our Rottweiler). Our family dogs were rottweilers (and one border collie x lab) raised according to guide dog standards, so I’m very comfortable with structured routines, training, boundaries and responsible handling.
These days I share my home with several rescued guinea pigs, so animal care is still very much part of everyday life. I’m patient, attentive and genuinely enjoy getting to know each animal’s individual personality and needs.
Whether your pet needs a walk, to play fetch, some company while you’re away, feeding and medication routines, or simply someone trustworthy to give them plenty of attention and affection, I’ll treat them as I would my own. Based on your pet and their needs, I can visit your pet once to twice daily to feed them, refill water, administer medication and give them some love and attention. Dog walks are 30 minutes, up to 2 dogs at a time for small bonded dogs or 1 dog at a time for larger breeds.
I appreciate detailed instructions including triggers, allergies, health problems, favourite treats, vet details and anything else relevant so I can provide the best care possible for your loved one. Emergency protocol is also established prior to the booking (call to owner, vet approval, pre-authorisation in case of non-answer etc). My priority is safety and your furry (or feathery) friend.
I can provide petsitting at your home for daytime hours if needed, but not overnight care.My experience is very hands-on. I’ve personally cared for dogs, cattle, birds and guinea pigs throughout my life, including feeding, exercising, handling, cleaning and attending to their individual needs. I’m comfortable around dogs of different sizes and temperaments and understand the importance of reading their body language and respecting their boundaries.
