"Shannon has been absolutely wonderful with Niko. From the very beginning, she offered such a calm and reassuring presence — something I deeply appreciated as it was my first time leaving him with someone. Her empathy, understanding, and non-judgmental attitude made the whole process so much easier for both of us.
She’s incredibly conscientious and thoughtful in her care. I really value her regular updates and photos, as well as her openness to discuss how the day went afterwards. It’s clear she genuinely pays attention to Niko’s needs and wellbeing.
One of the things I appreciate most is how she’s supported the training we’re doing at home, especially around building Niko’s independence. Shannon allows space for that growth and doesn’t over-coddle him, which has been so helpful in reinforcing the work we’re doing. He’s always happy to see her when we arrive, but he’s not overly dependent on her — a sign that she’s striking the perfect balance between warmth, care, and encouraging confidence.
It’s such a relief knowing he’s in capable, kind, and thoughtful hands. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind Shannon brings — I couldn’t recommend her more highly."

"I cannot praise enough Alex! I trusted him with taking care of my puppy husky and both him and his wife were amazing. Arranging a meeting time and place was so easy, while during the day I received great feedback with many pictures and videos were my dog was having fun and she was well taken care of. Alex took her for walks, fed her, played with her and she even got to watch a doggie-movie :) I would highly recommend Alex!"
