Growing up surrounded by animals, I managed a RSPCA shelter in New Zealand before making the move to Australia some 20 years ago. I have an unwavering love for animals, and this affection has evolved into wanting to help people provide a happy and healthy life for their pets.
My motivation as a pet sitter stems from a deep understanding of the significance of pets in our lives. I recognize that each pet is unique, with individual needs, preferences, and quirks. Pieta and Quayne, two kind-hearted animal lovers, graciously cared for our beloved cavoodle Teddy while we were away. Pieta and Quayne looked after our dog Kirra for 10 days in their home. From the initial meet and greet all the way to us picking up Kirra on the final day, we found Pieta to be very warm and caring with Kirra and very personable with us. She ensured that our expectations were met regarding Kirra's schedule, feeding, exercise etc. Communication was excellent; Pieta sent us daily updates and photos and we could tell that Kirra was getting lots of attention and exercise. We were very comfortable on our holiday knowing that Kirra was well looked after by Pieta.
