Hello! I'm Jolene, a working professional living in Melbourne who doesn't currently have any pets of my own but who would love to look after yours! 

I recently completed 10 months full time housesitting people's homes and pets while repairs were being undertaken to my home and LOVED the experience. I've looked after all kinds of pets from cats and dogs to lizards, sheep and donkeys. 

What I loved about the experience is all the different pets I got to meet and build bonds with. Whether a super friendly pet or one whose trust I had to gain, I found the experience rewarding. Most of all, I loved getting to spend time with pets given I don't have my own.

Currently, I'm available to look after cats. I have experience giving cats medicine, following special diets, befriending timid kitties, or just giving lots of pats if that's what's needed. I'm that person in your neighbourhood who stops to say hi to every cat on my evening stroll! If your cat likes attention I am available to have a sit and give it some love for a while.

Finally, given my housesitting experience I'm very accustomed to being conscientious and looking after people's homes, even if just coming in to drop some food and clean the litter. I have a green thumb and can even water the plants if needed.
