Elyssa and Pat

Hi everyone!

We're Elyssa and Pat, we are dog-obsessed and would love to look after your furry friend. Your dog can stay with us in our apartment and we are close to two dog-friendly parks. We don't own any dogs or have any kids so your dog will be our main priority for its entire stay with us. We are happy to take your dog for as many walks (rain or shine) as he/she needs, its just up to your instruction! We usually walk dogs in the morning and evening, as well as give them a pee-break in the afternoon. We have time to walk your dog before and after work. We can care for a maximum of two dogs at a time.  

We have experience minding and walking dogs from groodles to greyhounds any dog big or small we always have a great time. We have noticed the dogs have had a great time too, and particularly love people-watching off our balcony. Just be mindful we live in an apartment and don't have a backyard so larger dogs might not be suitable. We can easily play with your dog in our long hallway if he or she likes fetch, or play with them in the park if they're friendly with other dogs. 

We are kind, patient and reliable. Pat works from home five days a week so your dog will have lots of company with plenty of toilet breaks and cuddles. Elyssa works from home one day a week and during the other four days she will spend lots of quality time with your dog before and after her working hours. Our weekends are free time to spend with your furry friend(s). We can have lazy days at home, some time in cafes or even little road trips, depending on how your furry friend likes his or her weekend. We are happy to follow any of the instructions you provide and can send you regular updates through photos or videos if you would like. Dog meal times are dependant on the instructions you provide us, but we have time to feed your dog 2-3 times a day if needed. Pee breaks will be given to your dog on a regular basis at least 2-3 times as well. 

Pat and Elyssa are the only people living in our two-bedroom apartment. Guest pets are allowed to sleep in the study or even the lounge room. We have a balcony that has a fence and we are welcome to put any puppy pee pads outside if required. 

Our services include: Minding your dog at our place during the day or overnight and dog walking regularly or sporadically. We are happy to pick up and drop off your dog if you are around the South Yarra area.
