Hello! My name is Rosi. I love, understand and respect animals. About me: I´m a Writer and I work from home so your fur babies will have company. I live with my husband and my two human babies one is 3 years old and the other one is one year old and my fur baby Lucy.
We have recently lost our Diesel and Lucy feels a little lonely without him so it would be great for her to make some new friends and have some sleepovers. Also, my two children love dogs and they are both super gentle with animals.
I have always been an Animal Lover. I grew up in a house with four dogs and my parents taught me how to take good care of them, love them and respect them. I started as a Pet Sitter and Dog walker when I was a teenager and continued during College.
I have volunteered and joined different Animal rescue groups in London and United States.
A few years ago I volunteered inMiamiDadeAnimalServices (2013-2015). Got offered a job in “Adoptions” after I broke the record of adoptions (by good families). There were over 400 dogs in that shelter and I felt they all needed me. They needed me to work hard, to make them Happy and find forever homes.
In this Position I had to: Take dogs for walks, play with them, help them socialize, show the dogs ready for adoption and finding the best match to each potential family, get rid of ticks and fleas, bathing, clean ears, help Vets and staff when needed, clean Kennels, feed them and try to make them as happy as possible until adoption.
I also worked for Humane Society Florida, USA (2014-2015). We visited the Florida areas with an increasing amount of pet surroundings to give them free vaccinations, dewormers, microchips, food, medicine and Pet Owner awareness education.
My duties:
Health Events: Helping vets and offering information about free vaccination, deworming, microchip, consultation, food and toys for dogs and cats,
Educating pet owners and potential Owners.
Fostering Dogs and Bunnies until adoption
Basic Training for dogs
Adoption Events: Helping with the adoption process
I provide Personalised Care and exercise for your beloved pets (No matter what size or breed). I'm a dedicated and passionate Animal lover, caring, reliable, punctual, versatile and proactive. I love animals, I understand them and respect them.
