About Michelle

Home feeding visits, dog walking and plant watering! My availability is currently only in the Wynnum and Manly area having recently moved from Woolloongabba.

I have a genuine love of animals and I’m actively supporting rescue and sanctuary organisations. In fact most of my Pawshake earnings go to animal welfare charities.

I'm available to visit your home for pet feeding or dog walking services with lots of cuddle and playtime. I’ll send photo updates and report back honestly regarding your pets wellness.

A few tips before sending an enquiry:

  • I prefer to meet and greet before you make the final booking so that we are both comfortable with one another and everything is clearly understood

  • My rates factor in the 19% Pawshake fee taken off every one of my bookings

    • My home is LGBTIQ friendly, I have hosted on Airbnb for many years and also been a paying member of Trusted Housesitters. The latter always involved animal care and I’ve done this around the world demonstrating that I am a trusted, respectful and considerate which makes it easier for you to choose me for home visits.

    Personally, I am friendly, pragmatic and very relaxed which I believe the animals I care for respond to. Pawshake allows me to spend time with animals and help people out.

    Dog Walking: Duration - from 30 minutes

    Owner Expectations

    • Dog is left in an area stipulated by the owner upon return

    • House/apartment locked up and secured after the booking AND while out on walks

    • Any keys must be returned at the end of the booking as instructed by the owner

      • Service inclusions for the Pet

      • Walking and spending that time with the dog

      • If it is too cold or too hot to walk the dog, alternative forms of physical exercise or enrichment for the dog as agreed to by the owner

      • No off lead dog play unless allowed by the owner in an appropriate area

        • Sitter Expectation

        • Easy and safe access to the house/apartment

        • Walking equipment, poop bags and towel

        • If the owner has a security camera inside or outside the house, they need to disclose this to the sitter


          • Home Visits: Duration - from 30 minutes

          • Collecting mail and taking out the garbage (if required)

            • Service inclusions for the Pet

            • Price includes the care of up to 3 pets

            • Cats - clean litter tray and spend time with the cat

            • Dogs - spend time engaging and playing with the dog. Dogs will be brought out to the toilet.

            • Puppies/senior dogs - clean up any mess made by the dog

            • Small pets - tidy cages and do a full clean if the booking is more than 4 days

              • Sitter Expectation

              • For dogs, the owner or friend/family will be returning home to the pets each day. This service is not a stand-alone solution for when an owner is away.

              • Pets have access to shade and a cool place when hot and a warm place when cold

              • Easy and safe access to the house/apartment

              • Food and cleaning supplies in a convenient location (if applicable)

              • If the owner has a security camera inside or outside the house, they need to disclose this to the sitter
