My husband and I simply adore dogs. We spent a large part of our lives (until 25 years old thereabouts) owning and caring for different dogs (e.g. dalmatian, daschund, pekingnese, great dane, spitz!). Every time our beloved pet leaves us, it leaves a gaping hole in our hearts (thinking of it makes me all sad now). Decided not to keep any more dogs as we could not bear the pain in losing them. That did not mean we do not like to care and play with other people's dogs - every time a relative or friend goes on holiday, we are the first to volunteer (actually insist) of taking care of their dogs!
We live in a 730 sqm single storey home with a large, secured (gated) back and front manicured lawn in suburban (i.e. no wild animals, wild vegetation etc) Scoresby, VIC for your pet to roam and discover. We are able to accommodate your pet within our home/bedrooms. We have two teenage boys (i.e. 15 and 16 years old) who also adore dogs and they do come in handy in attending to your pet (e.g. showering attention, cleaning and walking etc).
I am mostly at home 24x7 (my husband would say I am the luckiest wife) and will be able to accord much attention on your pet. I am also available in most days to attend to yr pet at your place - say within 35 kms from Scoresby.
You would expect nothing less in terms of care and attention for yr beloved family member. We promise to keep your pet properly fed, groomed and pampered whilst you are away - just like how we would treat a real family member (or a child!). Also, we will keep you constantly posted via whatsapp or internet CCTV on how well they are doing. The most important thing is, we will try our best to keep your pet happy and not to miss you too much. (We can take yr dog for car-rides if that is its thingy!).
We are also tri-lingual. Other than English, we speak/write fluent Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and Indonesian/Malay - more language options for owners (and dogs) speaking a different language I guess.
We believe in clicking with your pet before taking him/her - and as such, a "pre-meeting" is necesary (not charging for this). We want you and your pet to be confident and at ease with us. Leaving your pet (or baby) with someone is arguably the most distressing thing a loving owner would have to contend with - and we know cause we have been through this.
We want to shower all our attention on your pet and thus likely not be able to take more than 1 dog at the same time (unless the dogs are acquainted).

We recently had the pleasure of leaving our beloved Labrador Retriever, Russo, in the care of Ed and Ping for three weeks while we were on holiday, and we couldn't have asked for better carers. From the moment we met them, it was clear that Russo was in loving and capable hands. Ed and Ping treated Russo as if he were their own, providing top-notch care and attention to every detail of his routine.
Russo has a particular schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate his needs, ensuring that he was comfortable and happy at all times. We were especially touched by the daily photos they sent us, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our holiday without any worries. Seeing Russo so well cared for truly made us feel at ease.
The love and affection Ed and Ping showed Russo was beyond what we could have hoped for. They took him on regular walks, played with him, and made him feel completely at home in their care. It's rare to find such genuinely good-hearted and caring individuals, and we feel blessed to have found them.
From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank Ed and Ping for making Russo feel so welcome and loved during our time away. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for dedicated, compassionate dog sitters. Thank you once again, Ed and Ping, for everything you did for Russo and for us!
Ping and Ed just hosted our Golden Retriever Toby for the weekend. This was the second time Toby stayed with them and he clearly had an amazing time. We loved receiving frequent photos of him out on adventures or curled up on the couch with the family. Toby also had an antibiotic tablets this time which they gave to him with no trouble. We will absolutely book future holidays around Ed and Ping’s availability and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for someone to look after their pup.
