Hi there! Alex here.

I'm a responsible, organised and fun-loving dog handler who always strives to maintain calmness and confidence in my dogs. I fully customise my experiences to my puptomers to ensure that they get the most out of their time with me, and I love incorporating lots of mental stimulation (and rewards!) into my walks and home visits. Young, old, big, small, working dog or couch potato, I'm experienced with all kinds of dogs!

I love everything about dog behaviour and psychology and it's because of this that I've almost completed my Dog Behaviour & Training certification with the National Dog Trainers Federation of Australia, to hopefully turn my crazy dog obsession into a career! I am also a dedicated ambassador and puppy raiser for Guide Dogs Victoria, where I've successfully raised a Guide Dog puppy through their puppy raising program. Through my puppy raising experience, I have a particular strength for the socialisation of pups up to 2 years old.

When I'm not talking about, thinking about, or spending time with dogs, I'm also a part time presenter, so you may have seen me around presenting at various animal events including the Dog Lover's Show and Cat Lover's Show. I grew up on a farm in Gnarwarre, Victoria and spent my time with all sorts of animals including dogs, cats, lizards, horses, sheep, cows, goats, you name it I had it! I even had a pet pig called George who I trained to sit, stay and spin.

My two fur besties at present are Lynney (2yo Labrador) and Archie (10yo Boxer x Bulldog) - see my gallery for their cute faces!
