Hi everyone.

My family and I are excited to welcome your dog/s to our home. I'm passionate about everything to do with dogs and will look after dogs of any size and breed. Your pets will be treated as part of our family with my kids and I ready to give plenty of pats and love galore. I recently became a RSPCA volunteer and am looking forward to doing more shifts there. RSPCA provided in depth training in all areas of dog care and behaviour. I also work part time as a registered nurse so can handle any medications or messes. I have also done clicker obedience training at Holdfast Dog Centre in the past as well.

Here your dog will have access to a large doggie door to come in and out as they please to enjoy spending time with family inside as well as our nicely grassed backyard. Don't worry if your dog hasn't used a doggie door before as I can normally teach them within a couple days how to use it, even the more nervous pups. I really love it when a dog is happy to sit on the couch with me for a cuddle but respect dogs that like their space also. I will put their bed in our lounge room, but they may get some bed snuggles as well. As a dog sitter I will prepare their meals however you like and look after their exercise and mental stimulation needs. I have a good variety of grooming supplies and can keep your dog looking good too.

We don't have a resident dog currently as our beloved Calvin the cocker spaniel passed away last year. As a result we can take on dogs that need to be an only dog as I am happy to keep your booking exclusive if needed. If your dog is good with other dogs I may take a second booking only if the dogs are a suitable match. I have been formally dog sitting with Pawshake a year now but have had dogs my whole life.

To be a good match your dog/s will need to be good with children as I do have a 4 year old as well as older kids. I have pet rabbits also but these guys will be kept separate from your dogs. Additionally I have a section of fencing that is 5ft tall so can't take any fence jumping dogs. When I do a nursing shift your dog will be by themselves during the day but we make up for it in the morning and evening with plenty of attention.
