Of course, I am an animal lover and currently, volunteer with WIRES rescuing and rehabilitating native animals, and I have previously volunteered with Monika's Doggie rescue. I have owned 3 Staffordshire bull terriers for 17 years, I now share my house with rescued pet birds!

I have studied Captive animals, animal studies, and companion animals. Having owned pets I understand the uncertainty of leaving a beloved pet on a holiday. 

My motivation for pet sitting is for a couple of reasons 1. to have some company of an animal, to visit new places, and to earn some extra money doing what I love.

The premium service I am offering is house-sitting your pet in my home. I care for one family's pets at each stay, so there is no need to worry about your pet getting along with another pet. Pets can stay inside my home, depending on where they would be most comfortable and what they are used to. My home is large with a small backyard, and I have dedicated areas for my wildlife care which are separate from my pet services. To compensate for this I take the dogs on daily walks, I have a large natural bush walking track that we both enjoy. It's only me and I am home during the day so your pet will get lots of attention. I normally give daily updates via WhatsApp, text, or the Pawshake app. I offer dog walking if you are close by.

I am flexible with drop-off and pick-ups, boarding rates are for 24 hours, and if you need extra time extra rates may apply. Bring with you your pet's food, treats, bowls, toys, and bedding. I give you a photo or short video daily of your pet's stay. Doggie daycare drop-off before 9 am pick-up 5 pm. 

I have used the services of a house sitter and think it is a great way to leave your pets knowing that they are comfortable and have company. 

I currently work casually so may not be at home every day for 24/7 supervision. If your dog suffers from separation anxiety and is young or destructive I will not be able to sit.
