Hi, I'm Mara from Germany and I am currently in Melbourne with the working holiday visa. I spent a big part of my childhood on a farm and was surrounded by dogs, cats, chicken and horses. I also got some experience as a dog and cat & house sitter here in Melbourne and in Germany and Spain.

After finishing my Uni studies (I am a primary school teacher) my boyfriend and I started our biggest adventure: a worldtrip! We travelled all through Asia for almost 1,5 years and are now in our new chapter called Australia.

I am working in Clifton hill from 8-4pm so I would only be available if your pets are fine with the hours. Outside of daily life I would absolutely love to gain new furry friends in Melbourne. I simply love watching the different characters of animals! Unfortunately I can't take animals to my home. But I am available for drop in visits for play, food, clean and pats and can also offer overnight stays.

For housevisits I am pretty flexible with how long you need me to watch for your pet. I wouldn't mind some cuddles so I am happy to stay half an hour longer 😄 I can surely also collect your mail and take care of your plants! Regarding dog walks, just tell me how much time they usually need to be outside. I am happy to put on a podcast and spent some time outside on a walk ☺️ when you want me to stay overnight i just need to work but I am happy to get back to your home directly after working and spend time with your pets :) I am really reliable and you can trust me that your house and pets would be in very caring hands.

In Melbourne I already got some experience with different cats and dogs and would love to fill my photo gallery with more new friends (I think we almost have as many cute animal photos than sightseeing pics from our travels 😄)

I am a really relaxed person and enjoy going for a walk, drinking coffee (this is why we are in Melbourne 😄)cooking, reading a book or watch a movie. I don't drink or smoke.

You can trust me 100% that I will take good care of your pets and they get a lot of belly scratches (if they like to 😄). We can have a call or meet before you need me, so you'll get a better picture of me :)
