I understand that life is busy, and it is hard to fit in daily exercise and play with your dog... And that is what I am here for!
I am looking forward to meeting you and your family, and helping make your pets life more fun and active!
My name is Kira, and I have been working with animals since I was 15 years old, when I started volunteering at Taronga Zoo I their youth program.
I have completed a bachelor degree in Animal Science, and I am a qualified dog trainer through the Delta Institute, and have many other animal care qualifications, and plan on continuing to expand my education in animal care in the near future.
I have been working at a council animal rehoming facility for 6 years, where I assist in the rehoming and rehabilitation of cats and dogs.
I am highly experienced with working with all types of dogs, in many shapes and sizes.
I have a female rescue Greyhound called Tahly! She is the best dog in the world, and she loves to go camping and hiking!
We currently have a foster Greyhound, Wilbert staying with us until he finds a new home
I work with some Greyhound rescue groups to help promote Greyhound adoption, and to offer behavioural advice.
I am passionate about dog behaviour, and providing quality care for animals.
My walking services include 10 minutes of noseworks at the end of the walk, to help mentally stimulate your dog and keep their mind active... leaving a more tired dog when you return!

So pleased that Kira was able to look after our fur baby (labradoodle). It was the first time we went away and left Willow at home and I was very nervous. Kira set my mind at easy, sending photos and videos to show how happy Willow was. Kira even stayed with Willow until a storm passed over. Couldn’t ask for more, Kira definitely went above and beyond and showered Willow with love and care.
