Hi there! I am a pet-lover through and through. In fact my friends call me Dr Dolittle sometimes :)

Having 2 kitties of my own, I am a cat specialist but also love dogs, rabbits, chooks and anything else that moves really. (Unfortunately due to scheduling restrictions, I am currently unable to provide dog walking and care.)

My mobile phone is filled with pics of my own and other pets I meet during my day job in real estate. I have done numerous private house and pet sitting gigs in the past and really enjoy meeting and befriending new furry faces. It amazes me how each little one is so different with their own unique and adorable personality.

This love of animals is a huge part of why I pet-sit but I also enjoy putting owners at rest that their fur-babies are being well-cared for in their absence.

My home visits include feeding, cleaning up after and playing with your pets as well as anything other specific requirements you may have (approx 15-20 minutes per visit). I am experienced in giving medications including tablets/injections and am very well-versed in reading your animal's behaviour and picking up any potential health issues.

I work in the residential real estate industry and so am police cleared and also an expert in all those other things you may worry about whilst away including:

*Stringent securement of your property & keys. My work involves opening homes on a daily basis and so I’m vigilant with triple checking locks and with key storage procedures.

*General property care eg mail collection, bins in/out, reticulation operation, watering, blinds up/down, lights on/off - I make your house look lived in!

*Full and transparent communication via SMS if in Australia or via Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger when you are overseas. I normally send you an update message every few days along with a picture of your pet having fun.

Living and working in the Eastern Suburbs area, I am available for home visits in both the morning and afternoon/evening plus during the day on weekends. Unfortunately, I am not available for home-stays or anything during office hours.

Since using Pawshake for my own pet-sitting requirements, I have found having your fur-babies cared for in their own home to be the most stress-free and cost effective method to keep them (and you) happy while you're away.
