"Laura is an Amazing pet sitter. From the time of booking till the end the communication with Laura was seamless. She was able to respond to all my messages asap and also provide updates about my dog (Rana) everyday. She also sent me multiple picture of Rana everyday which gave me a assurance of all good there. She is also very caring to the pet. I felt Rana was pampered during his stay and will miss her. :)
I have also planned to leave Rana in coming weeks with Laura.

"Both Patricia and Victor did an outstanding job taking care of our cavoodles during our short getaway. They went above and beyond to ensure our dogs were happy and comfortable. "Nancy is an extremely conscientious and caring dog sitter. Her communication is clear and timely and her love of dogs is extremely evident. Our dog appeared to be extremely calm and happy on collection and it was obvious that she had been well cared for. Our dog has a heart condition and requires medication 4 times a day. Nancy had no hesitation in taking on this extra responsibility which was much appreciated. Nancy only looks after one dog at a time which suits our dog who needs a lot of attention. I would highly recommend Nancy as a dog sitter."

"We were a week out from leaving on an interstate family holiday when our dog sitter (my parents) announced they were off to NZ the same time we would be away….they’d completely forgotten Mochi, our large exuberant Harrier Hound, was going to stay with them while we were away.
Enter Pawshake. Dale was the first and only person we contacted - obviously time was a factor in our case, and her responsiveness, prices, easy going nature, and the fact she knew what she was talking about (plus she said nice things about our doggie!), meant we didn’t need to contact anyone else. (We looked at a few profiles on Pawshake and the number of people, young people, saying they could handle large excitable dogs in their one bedroom “insert trendy inner suburb here” apartment was laughable).
Mochi isn’t yet 2 years old and he’s huge (40 kg and my height -165cm when he stands up on two legs), he is a hound, bred to think a certain way (which is often “I’m doing what I want regardless) and on top of all of this, Mochi just wants to be loved and be around you. He needs someone who is going to give him all the love in the world while not being a pushover.
Dale knew how to respond and interact with Mochi from the start. He came back to us happy, healthy and very tired (we struggle to tire him out so this was brilliant).
Dale has the space, set up, location and knowledge for you to be able to leave your pet with her and not be worried about whether or not you made the right dog sitter decision. She updated us daily with photos of Mochi- it was so heartwarming to see Mochi wasn’t just another dog at their house; he was very much a part of their family and in the mix of it all for the 6 days he was with them.
We will not hesitate to book Dale again. Thank you so much for taking care of our boy! "

"We couldn't be happier with the dog-sitting services provided by Cassie. She understood our concerns (first time being away from doggo) and sent us frequent updates in the form of videos and photos, which gave us reassurance that our dog was in good hands. It was obvious that she truly care about the well-being of their furry clients and takes her responsibilities seriously. Our dog got daily walks and had plenty of social time with new friends, which is exactly what we wanted when we opted for a sitter instead of a kennel. "Natalie is a wonderful pet sitter who takes excellent care of our puppy ! Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pup! When we came home after our weekend away our pet was relaxed and happy.
During our time away Natalie sent us photos of our baby having fun which was really nice 🙂

"Our 2 playful dogs had a blast with Cheryl and TJ. I wasn’t sure if they wanted to come home. 😄
They had a great garden which was secure and access to inside at all times. We were sent photos each day of our boys enjoying playtime and walks. We felt very happy leaving our precious pups in Cheryl and TJ’s care and can’t recommend them enough.

"Riya and Harshit looked after my old man Woody for the first time recently. I knew immediately when I met them they were right for the job. Woody likes what he likes and they fully understood the needs of my older dog. They cared for him with love, let him sleep on the bed and sent me pics. He even got on great with their beautiful dog Coco. Would highly recommend this enthusiastic and happy couple to care your your dog."

"This was a first time experience of leaving our pooch with a pet sitter & we are so glad GQ offered to look after our dog.
Within no time our pooch settled in and also had some companionship.
