"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter for Frankie! I had to change the dates several times due to the pandemic and Karen was very accommodating and flexible. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the many updates and photos she shared of Frankie while taking care of him - they were very reassuring! "Thank you Nadine for giving so much love for Piper during her stay! Nadine is a wonderful pet sitter and glad we found her! She gave regular updates (picts) on how Piper was going and having Sparta to play with is a plus. Communication was easy as Nadine's very responsive to messages. Piper looks really happy upon pick up and she's been sighing a lot since we got home (especially she's the only dog here. Haha). She sure miss having a dog friend to play with.. Once again, thank you :)"

"Sophie and her family took excellent care of our dog, Archie while we were away. Sophie took him for long walks and even took him for dog training together with their own dog. "Stu looked after Acha, my 11 year old Pomeranian girl for just under 4 weeks while I was away overseas. I had never been apart from my dog for this length of time ever so it was with a bit of trepidation that I sought his services. I need not have worried at all. From our first meeting, Stu was a pleasure to deal with and quickly put me and Acha at ease. When he suggested that we do a trial one night stay over for Acha, I knew that she would be in good hands. He sent me photos of Acha while I was away and I could tell that she was very happy. I travel frequently and would readily engage Stu again and I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a very friendly and supportive dog sitter and carer. "

"Anastasia is a fantastic sitter. She looked after Bailey very well, with lots of walks and affection. There were updates including photos/videos of him happily playing/walking and just chilling out, sent to us each day. Bailey was so well looked after and came back home a very happy boy. "Emma and Ren looked after my dog, Loki, while I was away for a week. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that they provided.
From the moment I contacted them through Pawshake, Emma and Ren were extremely professional and responsive. They set up a meet-and-greet with Loki beforehand to ensure that he would be comfortable with them, which put my mind at ease.
During the week, they sent me daily updates and photos, which made me feel connected, even though I was away. I could tell that they were giving him plenty of love and attention, as he seemed happy and relaxed in all the pictures.
When I picked up Loki, he was in great spirits and seemed to have enjoyed his time. They had even taken him on walks and to the park, which he loves. I could tell that they treated him like their own pet and that he was well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Emma and Ren to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring petsitter. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that Loki was happy and comfortable, and if I need to go away again, I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, Emma and Ren, for taking such great care of Loki!"
