"Nancy is an extremely conscientious and caring dog sitter. Her communication is clear and timely and her love of dogs is extremely evident. Our dog appeared to be extremely calm and happy on collection and it was obvious that she had been well cared for. Our dog has a heart condition and requires medication 4 times a day. Nancy had no hesitation in taking on this extra responsibility which was much appreciated. Nancy only looks after one dog at a time which suits our dog who needs a lot of attention. I would highly recommend Nancy as a dog sitter."

"Laura is an Amazing pet sitter. From the time of booking till the end the communication with Laura was seamless. She was able to respond to all my messages asap and also provide updates about my dog (Rana) everyday. She also sent me multiple picture of Rana everyday which gave me a assurance of all good there. She is also very caring to the pet. I felt Rana was pampered during his stay and will miss her. :)
I have also planned to leave Rana in coming weeks with Laura.

"This was our first trip away without our beautiful boy Alfie and I cannot praise Nathalia and Fernando enough!
We received daily pics, videos and reassurance that Alfie was settled and was loving his holiday just as much as us.
Nathalia and Fernando became Alfie's fur baby 'Aunt and Uncle' and spoiled him with oodles of cuddles, play and affection. He also slept on their bed, which made him feel safe and secure during the night.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If Alfie needs care in the future, we'll book you again for sure!

"Lee was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my puppy feel at home and my dog absolutely adored her dog. It was the first time we were away so we were not sure how he would go, but he came home happy, and I think he actually missed Lee and KayDee. "We couldn't be happier with the dog-sitting services provided by Cassie. She understood our concerns (first time being away from doggo) and sent us frequent updates in the form of videos and photos, which gave us reassurance that our dog was in good hands. It was obvious that she truly care about the well-being of their furry clients and takes her responsibilities seriously. Our dog got daily walks and had plenty of social time with new friends, which is exactly what we wanted when we opted for a sitter instead of a kennel. "Our 2 playful dogs had a blast with Cheryl and TJ. I wasn’t sure if they wanted to come home. 😄
They had a great garden which was secure and access to inside at all times. We were sent photos each day of our boys enjoying playtime and walks. We felt very happy leaving our precious pups in Cheryl and TJ’s care and can’t recommend them enough.

"We were so happy with the care our dog received from Michael and his caring family. Our dog can be a bit anxious and it really helped him to have a trial day first. It was great when we arrived to drop him off for his longer stay to see the family excited to see him again and our dog excited to see them. They communicated throughout his stay and we were confident he was being well cared for. He seems to have had a great time with the family and the other dogs there. The only downside is that he seems to miss them now! Hopefully we can book in again in future."

"Charmian looked after our 2 fur babies as if they were her own. They were walked, bathed, played with and pampered like royalty, and it was so wonderful to receive her daily updates and photos with funny stories of their adventures. It reassured us that our dogs were having just as much of a holiday as we were. Even when we fetched them, it was clear that they had formed a very strong bond with Charmian and adore her. "Tina took care of our fur son Bowie over the holidays for two weeks while we were overseas. Bowie had the best time, as Tina put it, “eat, play, sleep, repeat”! They have a large yard and there were always dogs there for Bowie to play with. Bowie loved their lovely Benji! Communication and coordination was so easy - she sent us photos throughout his stay and we always felt like we were in the loop. She really gave us peace of mind while we were so far away / leaving Bowie for the first time. Could not recommend Tina more if you ever need a pet sitter! We are so grateful that they could take in Bowie over the Christmas and New Year period. We will definitely be re-booking whenever the need arises. Thank you! "
