About Finn
I'm a 20 year old full time uni student studying zoology. I'm aiming to work in animal care or conservation, specifically with native reptiles.
I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and have plenty of experience with care and husbandry of many kinds of pets. I am confident in the care of rodents, reptiles, amphibians, poultry, dogs and cats. I live near the North Pine River, so there is plenty of dog friendly parkland nearby and some perfect spots for a swim.
Big energetic dogs are my comfort zone
and have a particular passion for rats and mice, which I've kept for around ten years now.
Currently I have 15 pets, including a dog, a cat, rats, snakes, frogs, and chickens. In the past I have had guinea pigs, mice, lizards, fish, and axolotls.
Due to the number of animals at my home, I would only be able to host those I am confident will get along, particularly with my dog Rose, who can be a little energetic for some dogs' tastes!

Finn was awesome not only was she available at short notice, but she was kind and caring with our animals and our home while we were away for a week. She was very patient with our very anxious/energetic German Shepard and even took him for a walk! She responded promptly and sent pics when I sent a message to find out how the animals and house were (considering all the rain during the time we were away)
We had peace of mind while away on holidays and feel fortunate that Finn was available to look after our pets.
