My husband and I are a couple in our mid 40s with no children, and until very recently we had a 15yo fur baby cat. Cancer took him from us, but we have recently adopted two new kittens and we are now also ready to look after your pet/s while you're away enjoying a holiday or any other commitments. 

We were pawshake sitters in Sydney years ago, but only had an apartment, so we were limited in the size of pets we could look after.
But now that we have moved to GC hinterland...we have the perfect house for cats, rodents, and finally also dogs!

During a daycare booking for dogs, there will be 2 outings/walks of about 30-60min each, plus all the necessary toilet runs in our garden under supervision. During a boarding stay, there will be all the above plus an extra long walk.
I can administer oral medications to any pets, (if needed also subcutaneous hydration drips) and I can trim cats' claws with ease. 
Cats will have a kitty litter, and will stay indoors all the time. We won't let cats outside, however we have an enclosed patio area with fake grass where cats and rodents can sunbathe, chill and relax under supervision.

I work from home, so I will always be around and will spend pretty much all the time with the pets, unless otherwise instructed. I understand that not all pets like constant cuddles, so I will follow the owners' guidelines.
The pets however will receive around the clock supervision and any care required will be provided based on what the owners request.

There are two dwellings where I can look after your pet, depending on their needs and species:
the granny flat, which is perfect for small animals like birds, rabbits, guinea pigs or cats who enjoy a cosy environment, soft carpets in the bedrooms, and comfy couches, and where the enclosed patio is located.
Or,
the main house, where there are tiled floors and sturdy furniture which is more suitable for larger dogs, where they don't have to feel like a bull in a china shop.
I also have a spacious garden and backyard (almost fully enclosed) where dogs can roam under supervision or on the leash if preferred; but the best feature is a dog friendly reserve across the road where we can take them for a great run and a game of fetch too!

All pets, regardless of their species, will have access to the entire dwelling, be it the granny flat or the house, and we will sleep where the pets will stay. Overall there are 3 bedrooms where the pets can sleep. Or if they prefer, they can sleep in our room too, we don't mind.

As mentioned at the top, I live with my husband and two cats (no children). We are both very comfortable around all animals, and over the years I looked after and had my own horses, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, dogs, goats, cats and chinchillas! 

I love animals in all shapes and sizes and the love is always mutual 😊
