Hi! I'm David, an international student now residing in Australia. Before coming here, I served in the army for 2 years as dog trainer, responsible for the upkeep and training of over 20 military dogs. They were mostly ferocious german shepherds and malinois, so any dog size and breed is more than welcome! 

I'm an enthusiastic and patient individual with a soft spot for animals. I can assure you I will care for your pets to the best of my abilities according to your instructions and the unique needs of each dog. 

My motivation for being a dog sitter, apart from lightening the financial load on my family, is because I as a dog owner myself know the importance of the daily walks, socialization, and new sights and smells. I hope to help busy individuals like you meet your dog's needs, while hopefully creating a lasting bond and memory with your furry companion. Spending time with dogs also brings me happiness and helps me take my mind off work, while also maintaining an active lifestyle.

I typically have lessons on Monday afternoons, Wednesday afternoons, Thursday and Friday. Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday would hence be my most flexible days, but I am more than happy to still take in pets on Monday and Wednesday.

I have learnt to administer dry medication to pets, and I am familiar with showering and grooming dogs. However, do let me know if you have a particular way of doing it for your pet :)

As long as my schedule permits, I can stay at your place for dog sitting as long as we have an agreeable time frame and rate! And of course, I can help with small tasks such as bringing in the mail or watering the plants, even for house visits. I am familiar with the technique in exiting and entering rooms to prevent dogs from running out, and will take the necessary precautionary measures to prevent such incidents from happening.

Similarly for dog walks, we can agree on a time frame for your pet. There is an off-leash dog park behind my place, but if you have specific requests on where I should / should not go, I am all ears.
