I am a very caring and reliable person and put all my heart into looking after animals and human beings. New on this app yet experienced in looking after pets and homes.
About me: I am a disability support worker and used to work as a nanny in the past where I gained lots of experience not only caring for human beings but also looking after their pets, feeding them and taking them for walks or to the vet as well as maintaining the household while their families were on holidays. On top of that I have always owned pets, from cats over dogs to rabbits and guinea pigs and of course I look after my friends and families pets occasionally.
My partner and I live in Newmarket and own a french bulldog. While I am away caring for others my partner looks after our dog while working from home.
Availability and offered services: At the moment I only work part time in my day job. Hence I have 3-4 full days per week available to look after pets and can stay with your pet during the day and night 24/7 if needed. I will also water your plants, take bins out and bring in the mail if needed. When taking dogs for a walk I consider the dogs needs in terms of how long the walk can be for them and how often they need walks each day. I am also making sure that dogs get plenty of time to sniff and play and that a walk only takes place when it's not too hot and in shaded areas; preferably near parks with visits to dog parks or wherever your dog prefers. I have experience with administering oral medications to my own pets however don't hold a specific qualification to do so. Aside from the regular care like feeding, walking and playing, I can wash your dog if needed, however can't offer professional dog training services.
Animals bring me so much joy and I couldn't imagine a life without them.
I am taking the needs of an animal and a person very seriously and am confident that I am making a great sitter for your pet :)
